Abstract

The background of doing this research from the results of the analysis of researchers, athletes in the sport of accuracy are still minimal with confidence. The purpose of this study was to determine "the effect of the kinetic life training model on increasing the athlete's confidence in the sport of accuracy". The research method used is an experimental research method using One Group Pre-test Post-test Design. The data collection technique was carried out by giving a pre-test. Then given a treatment with the Life Kinetic exercise model The data processing technique used is the Paired Sample T-test. The population used in this study were archery and shooting athletes. The sample that the writer uses is through purposive sampling which is selected according to the criteria . The sample in this study was 2 3 athletes, consisting of 14 archery athletes and 9 shooting athletes . The study was conducted for 6 weeks with 14 meetings. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect of the kinetic life training model on increasing the athlete's confidence in the sport of accuracy.
