Abstract

Hasil wawancara awal, didapatkan bahwa instrumen evaluasi yang digunakan pada Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi (USK) belum dianalisis secara keseluruhan, sehingga kualitas instrumen evaluasi tersebut tidak diketahui. Oleh sebab itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal yang digunakan pada Uji Sertifikasi Kompetensi (USK) KKNI Level II Teknik Pemesinan di LSP SMK Negeri 6 Bandung Tahun 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei catatan, dan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu telaah dokumen dan angket. Data tes tulis dan tes praktek dianalisis menggunakan bantuan perangkat lunak komputer yaitu Item and Test Analysis dan Statistical Program for Social Science. Hasil penelitian untuk tes tulis menunjukan bahwa: (1) Validitas soal menunjukan valid. (2) Reliabilitas soal termasuk kategori sedang. (3) Tingkat kesukaran yaitu didominasi soal mudah. (4) Daya pembeda soal dapat dikatakan kurang baik. (5) Efektifitas pengecoh soal menunjukan lebih dari sebagian pengecoh tidak berfungsi. Hasil penelitian untuk tes praktek menunjukan bahwa: (1) Nilai indeks validitas isi soal tes praktek termasuk kategori sangat valid. (2) Reliabilitas dalam menilai soal tes praktek secara keseluruhan dapat dinyatakan ada pada kategori sangat baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis tersebut didapatkan bahwa, soal tes tulis yang digunakan tidak dapat menggambarkan tuntutan indikator. Adapun untuk soal tes praktek yang digunakan sudah menggambarkan tuntutan indikator. The results of the initial interview found that the evaluation instrument used in the Competency Certification Test (USK) had not been analyzed in its entirety, so the quality of the evaluation instrument was unknown. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the quality of the items used in the Competency Certification Test (USK) KKNI Level II Mechanical Engineering at LSP SMK Negeri 6 Bandung in 2021. This research is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The method used is a record survey method and data collection techniques, namely document review and questionnaires. Written test and practical test data were analyzed using computer software, namely Item and Test Analysis and Statistical Program for Social Science. The results of the research for the written test show that: (1) The validity of the questions shows that they are valid. (2) The reliability of the questions is in the medium category. (3) Straightforward questions dominate the level of difficulty. (4) The discriminatory power of questions can be said to be not good. (5) The effectiveness of the question distractor shows that more than some distractors do not work. The results of the research for the practice test show that: (1) The value of the content validity index of the practice test questions is in the excellent category. (2) Reliability in assessing practice test questions can be in the excellent category. Based on the analysis results, the written test questions used could not describe the demands of the indicators. The practice test questions used already describe the demands of the indicators.
