Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran yang jelas mengenai pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinera guru di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup yang disebarkan kepada 76 orang guru sebagai responden. Analisis perhitungan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Exel 2010 dan IBM SPSS Statictic versi 26.0. Analisis korelasi antara supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru memiliki hubungan yang rendah dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.233. Besarnya pengaruh supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru dari hasil uji determinasi sebar 5,40%, sedangkan 94,6% menunjukan kinerja guru dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak termasuk kedalam pembahasan penelitian ini. Hasil perhitungan signifikansi diperolah harga t_hitung sebesar 2,057 sedangkan t_tabel dengan a= 0,05 adalah 1,665, artinya 2,057 > 1.665 (terdapat pengaruh), maka terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Adapun persamaan regresi dari kedua variabel yaitu P = 38,080 + 0,237 yang artinya persamaan regresi tersebut mempunyai arti bahwa jika supervisi akademik bertambah satu satuan sebesar 38,080, maka nilai kinerja guru akan bertambah 0,237. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara supervisi akademik dengan kinerja guru. Dengan demikian, masih banyak faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi Kinerja guru, faktor lainnya seperti pengaruh dari kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, reward, iklim organisasi, motivasi kerja dan lain-lain. Melalui penelitian ini peneliti menyarankan agar sekolah tetap mempertahankan dan meningkatkan lagi supervisi akademik. Sekolah juga harus tetap mempertahankan hal - hal lain yang dapat membuat kinerja guru tetap tinggi sehingga dapat menjalakan kewajiban sebagai pendidik secara optimal. academic supervision on the teachers’ performance at Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 2 Sumedang. A close-ended questionnaire was used as a data collection technique which was distributed to 76 teachers as the research respondents. The results were found that the correlation analysis between academic supervision and teachers’ performance has a low relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.233. The magnitude of the influence of academic supervision on teachers’ performance from the results of the determination test was 5.40%, while 94.6% showed that teachers’ performance was influenced by other factors that were not included in the discussion of this study. The results of the calculation of significance obtained the value of t_hitung of 2.057 while t_tabel with a = 0.05 is 1.665, which means 2.057 > 1.665 (there is an effect), then there was a significant effect between variables X and Y. The regression equation of the two variables was P = 38.080 + 0.237, which means the regression equation means that if academic supervision was increased by one unit by 38,080, the teachers’ performance value will increase by 0.237. It can be concluded that this study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between academic supervision and teachers’ performance. Thus, there were many other factors that can affect teachers’ performance. For instance, the influence of the principal's leadership, rewards, organizational climate, work motivation and others. Through this research, researcher suggests that schools should maintain and improve academic supervision. Schools must also maintain other things that can make teachers keep their performance high so that they are able to carry out their obligation as educators optimally.
