Abstract
Ekstrakurikuler merupakan sebuah wadah bagi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan bakat serta potensi yang dimilikinya. Salah satu kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang dapat dilaksanakan yaitu ekstrakurikuler futsal, kegiatan ini dapat memberikan manfaat bagi peserta didik dan pihak sekolah. Kegiatan ektrakurikuler futsal di setiap sekolah pastinya selalu terdapat perbedaan, mulai dari perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi program, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat program. Seperti yang terjadi di SD Al-Muttaqin dan SDN 1 Karangampel yang memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing-masing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SD Al-Muttaqin dan SDN 1 Karangampel. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif menggunakan metode studi kasus. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, pembina, guru, dan peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat beberapa perbedaan dalam proses perencanaan program, pelaksanaan program, evaluasi, serta faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat program. Kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler futsal SD Al-Muttaqin lebih unggul dibandingkan dengan ekstrakurikuler futsal di SDN 1 Karangampel. Kata Kunci: Ekstrakurikuler, futsal. Extracurricular is a place for students to develop their talents and potentials. One of the extracurricular activities that can be implemented is futsal, it can provide benefits for students and the school. The futsal extracurricular activities in every school is always different, starting from planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting and inhibiting factors for the programs. As happened in Al-Muttaqin and Karangampel 1 elementary schools wich have the advantages and disadvantages. The research aims to describe futsal extracurricular activities at Al-Muttaqin and Karangampel 1 Elementary Schools. The research type is a qualitative using case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. The reseaech subjects are principals, coaches, teachers, and students. The results showed that there were several differences in the program planning process, program implementation, evaluation, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors of the program. The conclusion of this study shows that the futsal extracurricular at SD Al-Muttaqin is more superior than the futsal extracurricular at SDN 1 Karangampel. Keywords: extracurricular, futsal.
