Abstract

Belajar Peserta Didik di SMA Negeri Cimanggung”. Penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan pembelajaran guru terhadap perilaku belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri Cimanggung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deksriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket atau kuesioner tertutup pada 301 responden. Pengolahan data dibantu dengan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 25.0 for Windows, diperoleh hasil perhitungan Weight Means Score menunjukkan bahwa Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Guru berada pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 4,29 dan Perilaku Belajar berada pada kategori baik dengan skor 3,88. Hasil perolehan uji normalitas antara variabel X dan Y berditribusi normal. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi antara variabel X dan Y didapatkan nilai 0,679 dan termasuk pada kategori tingkat hubungan “kuat”. Untuk uji determinasi 46,1% terhadap variabel Y. Sementara hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh nilai thitung sebesar 6.275 sedangkan ttabel sebesar 1,649. Hal ini menunjukkan thitung > ttabel maka, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Hasil analisis regresi linier diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 16,537 + 0,431 . Artinya hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa untuk setiap perubahan Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran sebesar satu satuan, maka akan diikuti oleh peningkatan Perilaku Belajar sebesar 0,431. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kepemimpinan Pembelajaran Guru Terhadap Perilaku Balejar Peserta Didik di SMA Negeri Cimanggung. Rekomendasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak lembaga agar tetap mempertahankan kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang baik, akan tetapi beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan kembali seperti lebih meningkatkan indikator disiplin dan keterampilan dalam mengajar seperti lebih tepat waktu ketika masuk dan keluar kelas pada pembelajaran, untuk keterampilan mengajar Kepala sekolah juga dapat memberikan pelayanan pelatihan metode pembelajaran untuk para guru seperti menambah variasi penggunaan media penunjang dalam pembelajaran seperti penggunaan LCD dalam penggunaan metode ceramah, agar peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dalam mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Peneliti juga menyarankan agar peneliti selanjutnya perlu adanya tindak lanjut yang lebih lengkap serta menggali lebih luas tentang kepemimpinan pembelajaran guru dan perilaku belajar peserta didik. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher learning leadership on student learning behavior at SMA Negeri Cimanggung. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire or questionnaire on 301 respondents. Data processing was assisted by Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 25.0 for Windows, the results of the Weight Means Score calculation showed that Teacher Learning Leadership was in the very good category with a score of 4.29 and Learning Behavior was in the good category with a score of 3.88. The results of the normality test between the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Based on the results of the correlation test between variables X and Y, the value was 0.679 and was included in the category of "strong" relationship level. To test the determination of 46.1% of the Y variable. Meanwhile, the results of the significance test obtained the tcount value of 6275 while the ttable of 1.649. This shows that tcount > ttable then, there is a significant relationship between the variables X and Y. The results of linear regression analysis obtained the equation = 16.537 + 0.431 . This means that the results state that for each change in Learning Leadership of one unit, it will be followed by an increase in Learning Behavior of 0.431. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between Teacher Learning Leadership on Learning Behavior of Students at SMA Negeri Cimanggung. The recommendation in this study is that researchers suggest to the institution to maintain good learning leadership, but several things need to be improved again such as further improving discipline indicators and skills in teaching such as being more punctual when entering and leaving class in learning, for teaching skills. School principals can also provide learning method training services for teachers such as adding variations to the use of supporting media in learning such as the use of LCDs in the use of the lecture method, so that students do not feel bored in participating in teaching and learning activities. The researcher also suggests that future researchers need a more complete follow-up and explore more about teacher learning leadership and student learning behavior.
