Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan aspek penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia diperlukan kecakapan Abad-21 yang meliputi literasi dasar, kompetensi, dan kualitas karakter. Namun, berdasarkan data hasil PISA tahun 2018 literasi membaca siswa masih rendah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masih terbatasnya buku nonteks dan media pembelajaran. Sementara itu, membaca merupakan hal penting untuk mengolah informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan suatu produk berupa buku cerita bergambar digital sebagai Media untuk literasi membaca siswa pada teks fiksi kelas V sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian design and development dengan prosedur penelitian ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) dalam merancang media. Proses validasi buku cerita bergambar digital sebagai Media untuk literasi membaca siswa pada teks fiksi melibatkan ahli materi dan bahasa Indonesia, serta ahli media. Hasil penilaian buku cerita bergambar digital sebagai Media untuk literasi membaca siswa pada teks fiksi berada pada kategori "sangat layak" dengan persentase hasil sebesar 91,75%. Dari segi media mendapatkan hasil 98,8% berada pada kategori "sangat layak" dan dari segi materi dan bahasa Indonesia mendapatkan persentase hasil sebesar 84,7% berada pada kategori "sangat layak". Respons pengguna dilakukan kepada satu orang guru dan dua puluh satu siswa. Respons dari guru sangat baik dengan hasil persentase sebesar 94% berada pada kategori "sangat layak", dan respons dari siswa sangat baik dengan hasil persentase sebesar 93,6% berada pada kategori "sangat layak". Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa buku cerita bergambar digital sebagai media literasi membaca siswa pada teks fiksi sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kelas V sekolah dasar. ----- Education is an important aspect of improving the quality of human resources. To improve the quality of human resources, 21st-century skills are needed, which include basic literacy, competence, and character quality. However, based on data from the 2018 PISA results, students' reading literacy is still low. The analysis results show that there are still few non-text books and learning media. The purpose of this research was to produce a product in the form of a digital picture storybook as a means for students reading literacy in fiction texts for fifth grade elementary school. This research is a design and development research with ADDIE research procedures (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) in designing media. The process of validating digital picture story books as a means for students reading literacy in fiction texts involves material and Indonesian language experts, as well as media experts. The assessment results of digital picture story books as a means for students reading literacy in fiction texts are in the "very feasible" category with a percentage of 91.75%. In terms of media, 98.8% of the results were in the "very decent" category, and in terms of material and Indonesian, 84.7% were in the "very decent" category. User responses were made to one teacher and twenty-one students. The response from the teacher was very good, with a percentage result of 94% being in the "very decent" category, and the response from the students was very good, with a percentage result of 93.6% being in the "very decent" category. These results indicate that digital picture story books as a means for students reading literacy in fiction texts are very suitable for use in learning for fifth-grade elementary school.
