Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Tunjangan Sertifikasi terhadap Kinerja Guru di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta”. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini yaitu seberapa besar pengaruh tunjangan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru. Secara umum penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui dan memperoleh gambaran secara jelas mengenai pengaruh tunjangan sertifikasi terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner dan yang menjadi populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu berjumlah 48 guru yang sudah bersertifikasi di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. Perhitungan dan pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2013 dan SPSS versi 24.0 for windows. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS (Weight Means Score) menunjukkan rata-rata kecenderungan umum untuk variabel X (Tunjangan Sertifikasi) dan variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil uji koefesien korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh hasil positif sebesar 0,756 yang dapat diartikan bahwa variabel X dan variabel Y memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat. Hasil uji signifikansi menunjukkan bahwa dengan kaidah pengujian thitung ≥ttabel 5,032 ≥1,684 maka Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif antara pengawasan pimpinan dengan disiplin kerja pegawai. Dalam hasil uji determinasi variabel X memberikan kontribusi kepada variabel Y sebesar 53,5% dan 64,5% terdapat faktor lainnya. Serta hasil uji regresi yang menunjukkan 36.553 + 0,756 artinya bahwa apabila tunjangan sertifikasi meningkat 0,756 maka kinerja guru juga akan meningkat 0,756. Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tunjangan sertifikasi dan kinerja guru mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan, yang artinya jika pelaksanaan sertifikasi semakin baik maka akan berpengaruh baik juga terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 1 Purwakarta. This research is entitled “The Effect of Certification Allowances on Teacher Performance at State Senior High School 1 Purwakarta. The background of this research is how much influence the certification allowance has on teacher performance. The location and participants used for this research are teachers who have received certification at the State High School 1 Purwakarta. In general, this research was conducted with the aim of knowing and obtaining a clear picture of the effect of the certification allowance on teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive method through a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is the distribution of questionnaires and the population in this study is 48 teachers who have received certification at the State Senior High School 1 Purwakarta. Calculation and data processing in this study using the help of Microsoft Excel 2013 and SPSS version 24.0 for windows. Based on data processing performed with the calculation of WMS (Weight Means Score) shows the average general trend for the variable X (Certification Allowance) and variable Y (Teacher Performance)is in the very good category. The results of the correlation coeffiecient test between variables X and variables Y obtained a positive result of 0.756 which means that the variable X and variable Y have a strong correlation or relationship. The results of the significance test show that with the test rules t count t table 5.032 1.684 the Ha is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between leadership supervision ang employee work discipline. In the result of the determination test, the variable X contributes to the variable Y by 53.5% ang 64.5% there are other factors. And the result of the regression test which show 36.553 + 0.756 means that if the certification allowance increases by 0.756, the teacher’s performance will also increase by 0.756. The conclusion of this study is that the certification allowance and teacher performance have a significant positive effect, which means that if the implementation of certifitation is getting better, it will also have a good effect on teacher performace at State Senior High School 1 Purwakarta.
