Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Supervisi Adakemik Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Mutu Kinerja Mengajar Guru Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Mandalajati Bandung”. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap mutu kinerja mengajar guru sekolah dasar negeri di kecamatan mandalajari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 69 responden. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel X dan variabel Y berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,602, perolehan nilai tersebut berada pada kaegori “tinggi”. Sementara itu, hasil signifikansi diperoleh thitung 6,179, dan nilai ttabel 1,670 (thitung > ttabel), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Besarnya pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah terhadap mutu kinerja mengajar guru yang diperoleh dari hasil uji determinasi sebesar 36,3% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk hasil analisis regresi yang menunjukkan 351.430 + 0.711X, hal ini menunjukkan setiap penambahan satu satuan pada vanabel X maka akan diikuti dengan peningkatan variabel Y sebesar 0.711. Hal tersebut bahwa apabila variabel X (Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah) ditingkatkan, maka akan terjadi peningkatan yang sginifikan pada variabel Y (Mutu Kinerja Mengajar Guru). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara Supervisi Akademik Kepala Sekolah terhadap Mutu Kinerja Mengajar Guru SDN di Kecamatan Mandalajati Bandung. This study entitled "The Effect of Principal Adachemic Supervision on the Quality of Teaching Performance of State Elementary School Teachers in Mandalajati District, Bandung". In general, the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's academic supervision on the quality of teaching performance of public elementary school teachers in Mandalajari sub-district. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study used a questionnaire distributed to 69 respondents. Based on data processing carried out by WMS calculations, it shows that both the X variable and the Y variable are in the very good category. The results of the correlation analysis between variables X and Y variables obtained a correlation coefficient value of 0.602, the acquisition value was in the "high" category. Meanwhile, the significance results obtained tcount 6.179, and the value of ttable 1.670 (tcount > ttable), meaning that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The magnitude of the influence of principal supervision on the quality of teacher teaching performance obtained from the results of the determination test is 36, 3% and the rest is influenced by other factors. For the results of the regression analysis which shows 351.430 + 0.711X, this shows that each addition of one unit to the variable X will be followed by an increase in the Y variable of 0.711. This means that if the variable X (Academic Supervision of the Principal) is increased, there will be a significant increase in the variable Y (Quality of Teacher Teaching Performance). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the Principal's Academic Supervision on the Quality of Teaching Performance for SDN Teachers in Mandalajati District, Bandung.
