Abstract

------ Reading is a basic skill that must be possessed by elementary school students. However, learning to read is still considered difficult and boring. In addition, the limitations of early reading learning media are the basis for conducting this research. This study aims to develop the design of digital module learning media on the initial reading material, test the feasibility of the media and find out responses from users of digital module learning media. This study used the ADDIE module (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the data obtained were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained in research and development of digital module learning media designs consist of aspects of content feasibility and study feasibility on material content, language feasibility, as well as graphic feasibility and technical quality on media display. The feasibility of digital module learning media is considered "very feasible" as a medium that can be used in This can be seen from the results of material expert validation by 96.88%, linguist validation by 100%, and media expert validation by 81.83%. the teacher's response is 95.98%, and the student's response is 95%. These results indicate that the digital module media for early reading is suitable for use in learning to read the beginning of grade I elementary school.
