Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan hasil temuan dan fakta dilapangan, masih banyak siswa di SDN Pakuwon I yang kurang menguasai keterampilan chest pass dalam permainan bola basket. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengaruh dari permainan akurasi terhadap keterampilan chest pass dalam permainan bola basket dan seberapa besar pengaruh dari permainan akurasi terhadap keterampilan chest pass dalam permainan bola basket. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental design, dengan desain yang digunakan yaitu the non equivalen pretest-postest design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SDN Pakuwon I dengan jumlah 32 orang siswa dan dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok yaitu kelompok eksperimen 16 orang siswa dan kelompok kontrol 16 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes keterampilan melempar dan menangkap bola. Perlakuan pada penelitian ini berupa permainan akurasi yang diberikan sebanyak 8 kali pertemuan didasari oleh teori keterampilan gerak menurut Fit dan Ponser, dilakukan selama 4 minggu dengan frekuensi satu minggu 3 kali pertemuan. Berdasarkan hasil dari pengolahan data menggunakan uji independent sample t-test diperoleh nilai signifikansi (sig.2-tailed) 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari permainan akurasi terhadap keterampilan chest pass dalam permainan bola basket. Sedangkan hasil dari uji regresi linier sederhana diperoleh hasil sebesar 48.9%, hal tersebut dapat menunjukan bahwa permainan akurasi perpengaruh sebesar 48,9% terhadap keterampilan chest pass pada permainan bola basket. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa permainan akurasi dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu jenis latihan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar passing bagi siswa This research was conducted based on the findings and facts in the field, there are still many students at SDN Pakuwon I who do not master the skills of chest passes in a basketball games. This study aims to determine the effect of the game of accuracy on the skills of chest pass in a basketball game and how much influence the game of accuracy has on the basic movement skills of passing in a basketball game. The method used in this study is a quasi experimental design, with the non-equivalent pretest-posttest design used. The sample used in this study were students of SDN Pakuwon I with a total of 32 students and were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group with 16 students and the control group with 16 students. The instrument used is a test of throwing and catching skills. The treatment in this study was in the form of an accuracy game given 8 meetings based on the theory of movement skills according to Fit and Ponser, carried out for 4 weeks with a frequency of 3 meetings a week. Based on the results of data processing using the independent sample t-test, the significance value (sig.2-tailed) was 0.000 <0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, it can be interpreted that there is an influence from the game of accuracy on basic skills of chest pass in the game basketball. While the results of the simple linear regression test there are 48.9% results, it can show that the game accuracy has an effect of 48.9% on the skills of chest pass in basketball games. The implication of this research is that the accuracy game can be used as a type of exercise to improve passing learning outcomes for students.
