Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Penguasaan ICT (Information Communication Technology) terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Coblong”. Secara umum tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh penguasaan ICT terhadap kinerja mengajar guru di SDN se-kecamatan Coblong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 75 responden. Berdasarkan pengolahan data yang dilakukan dengan perhitungan WMS, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel X dan variabel Y berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Hasil analisis korelasi antara variabel X dan variabel Y diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.332, perolehan nilai tersebut berada pada kaegori “rendah”. Sementara itu, hasil signifikansi diperoleh thitung 3.382, dan nilai ttabel 1.666 (thitung > ttabel), artinya terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Besarnya pegaruh Penguasaan ICT terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru yang diperoleh dari hasil uji determinasi sebesar 11% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk hasil analisis regresi yang menunjukkan 3.382 + 0.332X, artinya bahwa setiap penambahan satu poin pada variabel X maka nilai pada variabel Y bertambah sebesar 0.332. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara Penguasaan ICT terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri se-Kecamatan Coblong. The research method used is a descriptive method with Quantitative approach. The data-gathering technique in this study Using a questionnaire sent out to 75 respondents. Based Data processing conducted with WMS calculations, suggests that Both x and y variables are in excellent categories. Analysis results Correlation between variable x and variable y acquired a coefficient correlation value of as much 0,332, the acquisition of that value is in "low" category. In the meantime, results Significance gained by thitung 3,382, and the value of ttable 1,666 (tcount > ttable), meaning that there is a significant relationship between variable X and variable Y. The magnitude of the influence of ICT Mastery on Teacher Teaching Performance obtained from the results of the determination test is 11% and the rest is influenced by other factors. For the results of the regression analysis, which shows 3.382 + 0.332X, it means that for every addition of one point to the X variable, the value of the Y variable increases by 0.332. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between ICT Mastery on Teacher Teaching Performance in State Elementary Schools in Coblong District.
