Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan outline bahan ajar kimia yang menunjang terhadap kompetensi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) Kompetensi Keahlian Agribisnis Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (APHP). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu R&D level 1 dari Sugiyono (2019). Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu materi kimia adaptif (C.1) dan materi kejuruan (C.2 dan C.3) SMK Kompetensi Keahlian APHP berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 SMK. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu SMK di wilayah Bandung Barat. Partisipan pada penelitian ini yaitu dua orang guru kimia dan tujuh orang guru kejuruan SMK Kompetensi Keahlian APHP. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan reviu. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh, yaitu: (1) seluruh materi kimia adaptif (C.1) sesuai dengan kebutuhan mata pelajaran kejuruan (C.2 dan C.3) SMK Kompetensi Keahlian APHP; (2) terdapat materi kimia lain yang dapat menunjang materi kejuruan SMK APHP tetapi belum terakomodasi pada materi kimia adaptif (C.1), yaitu materi bekerja di laboratorium dan zat aditif; (3) ruang lingkup seluruh materi kimia yang dibutuhkan oleh siswa SMK Kompetensi Keahlian APHP disajikan dalam bentuk outline bahan ajar kimia. Outline bahan ajar tersebut disusun berdasarkan urutan penyajiannya dan konteksnya di SMK Kompetensi Keahlian APHP. Urutan materi kimia tersebut yaitu: materi dan perubahannya; zat aditif; pemisahan campuran; struktur atom dan sistem periodik unsur (SPU); ikatan kimia; lambang unsur, rumus kimia, persamaan reaksi; bekerja di laboratorium; reaksi redoks; hukum-hukum dasar kimia dan stoikiometri; laju reaksi; kesetimbangan kimia; asam dan basa; larutan penyangga; sistem koloid; sifat koligatif larutan; senyawa hidrokarbon dan turunannya; dan makromolekul. This research aims to produce a chemistry teaching materials’ outline that support the competencies of Vocational High School students of Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products. The research design that was used R&D level 1 from Sugiyono (2019). The subject in this research were adaptive chemistry materials (C.1) and vocational materials (C.2 and C.3) for Vocational High School students of Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products based on the 2013 curriculum. This research was conducted in one of the Vocational High Schools in the west of Bandung area. The participants in this research were two chemistry teachers and seven vocational teachers. Data obtained through interviews and reviews. The research results showed that: (1) all adaptive chemistry materials according to the needs of vocational material in Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products Expertise Competencies; (2) there are other chemical materials that can support vocational material in Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products but have not been accommodated in adaptive chemistry, namely elemental chemistry and chemical additives; (3) the scope of all chemistry teaching materials needed by Vocational High School students of Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products is presented in the form of an outline of chemistry teaching materials. The outline of the chemisrty teaching materials is arranged based on the order in which they are presented and the context in the Vocational High School of Agribusiness Processing Agricultural Products. The order of these chemistry teaching materials are: matter and its changes; chemical additives; mixture separation; atomic structure and the periodic system of elements (SPU); chemical bonds; element symbols, chemical formulas, reaction equations; work in the laboratory; redox reactions; the basic laws of chemistry and stoichiometry; reaction rate; chemical equilibrium; acid and base; buffer solution; colloid system; colligative properties of the solution; hydrocarbon compounds and their derivatives; and macromolecules.
