Abstract

Permasalahan yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah menurunnya kepuasan siswa terhadap mutu layanan akademik selama masa pandemi Covid-19 di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung. Fokus kajian pada penelitian ini yaitu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan siswa dimana mutu layanan akademik merupakan faktor yang diduga memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kepuasan siswa. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini mengkaji dua variabel yaitu Mutu Layanan Akademik dan Kepuasan Siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai tingkat mutu layanan akademik dan tingkat kepuasan siswa, serta untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari mutu layanan akademik terhadap kepuasan siswa di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei eksplanasi dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan teknik angket dengan skala likert. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 96 siswa OTKP kelas XI di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa Mutu Layanan Akademik berada pada kategori Sedang dan Kepuasan Siswa berada pada kategori Cukup Puas. Dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa mutu layanan akademik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan siswa OTKP kelas XI di SMK Negeri 3 Kota Bandung. Kata Kunci: mutu layanan akademik, kepuasan siswa The problem being studied in this research is the decline in student satisfaction with the quality of academic services during the COVID-19 pandemic at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The focus of the study in this research is the factors that influence student satisfaction where the quality of academic services is a factor that is thought to have an influence on the level of student satisfaction. Therefore, this study examines two variables, namely Academic Service Quality and Student Satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the level of quality of academic services and the level of student satisfaction, as well as to find out whether there was an effect of the quality of academic services on student satisfaction at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an explanatory survey with data collection techniques, namely using a questionnaire technique with a Likert scale. The total population in this study was 96 students of class XI OTKP at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung for the 2021/2022 academic year. The data analysis technique used is simple regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, information was obtained that the Quality of Academic Service was in the Medium category and Student Satisfaction was in the Quite Satisfied category. From the results of hypothesis testing, it shows that the quality of academic services has a positive and significant effect on the level of satisfaction of class XI OTKP students at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung.
