Abstract

Guru mempunyai peran penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dan agar meningkatnya prestasi siswa, maka setiap guru memerlukan kolaborasi. Kolaborasi antar guru sangat penting karena selain dapat meningkatkan prestasi siswa juga dapat meningkatkan efikasi diri guru, meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran dan kualitas pembelajaran. Namun pada kenyataannya, sekarang ini tidak banyak guru yang melakukan kolaborasi. Hal ini terjadi karena untuk melakukan kolaborasi dianggap tidaklah mudah. Hambatan dalam kolaborasi antar guru diantaranya, ketidakcocokan kepribadian, pengalaman mengajar, dan penguasaan mata pelajarannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem pengukuran tingkat kecocokan antar guru dengan metode ahp dan berdasarkan tipe kepribadian guru agar memudahkan guru dalam menentukan partner mengajar yang cocok. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu SLEEG. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu 1) Berdasarkan validasi ahli, hasil pengembangan sistem kecocokan memperoleh presentase rata-rata sebesar 86,4% atau “Sangat Baik”; 2) Siswa yang diajar oleh guru dengan presentase kecocokan terbesar dengan angka 69%, memiliki nilai rata-rata paling besar dibandingkan dengan guru lainnya. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kecocokan kolaborasi guru dapat mempengaruhi nilai siswa; 3) Respon guru terhadap penggunaan sistem kecocokan menghasilkan rata-rata presentase keseluruhan sebesar 84% dengan kategori “Sangat Baik”. Teachers have an important role in improving student achievement. To improve learning and to increase student achievement, every teacher needs collaboration. Collaboration between teachers is very important because in addition to improving student achievement, it can also improved self-efficacy, increased teaching effectiveness and improvement of instructional quality. But in reality, nowadays not many teachers collaborate. This happens because to collaborate is considered not easy. Barriers to collaboration between teachers include personality incompatibility, teaching experience, and subject matter mastery. This study aimed to create a system of measuring the level of compatibility between teachers using the AHP method and based on the teacher's personality type to make it easier for teachers to determine suitable teaching partners. The development model used in this study is SLEEG. The results obtained from this study were 1) The results of the development of the compatibility system obtained an average percentage of 86.4% or "Very Good" by the experts; 2) Students who are taught by teachers with the highest percentage of matches with a figure of 69%, have the highest average score compared to teachers with other teachers. This proves that the suitability of teacher collaboration can affect student scores; 3) The teacher's response to the use of the compatibility system resulted in an overall average percentage of 84% in the "Very Good" category.
