Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang optimalnya penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis digital pada pelajaran matematika, serta adanya kesulitan siswa dalam mempelajari matematika, sehingga membuat motivasi belajar siswa menurun khususnya pada pelajaran matematika. Maka rumusan masalah secara umum pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana pengembangan media pembelajaran kahoot pada materi pengukuran sudut di kelas 4 sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan adanya penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran kahoot pada materi pengukuran sudut di kelas 4 sekolah dasar dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa sehingga dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Design and Development dengan menggunakan prosedur model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini melibatkan ahli materi, ahli media, guru dan 27 siswa kelas 4 sekolah dasar SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian oleh ahli materi diperoleh skor 93,1% dengan kategori “sangat layak”, penilaian ahli media diperoleh skor 96,8% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Kemudian, tanggapan dari guru memperoleh skor 96,6% kategori “sangat layak” dan tanggapan siswa diperoleh skor 84% dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Serta motivasi belajar siswa diperoleh skor 83% dengan kategori “sangat tinggi”. Hasil penilaian yang diperoleh para ahli dan tanggapan pengguna media serta motivasi belajar, menandakan bahwa media pembelajaran kahoot ini sangat layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi pengukuran sudut di kelas 4 sekolah dasar dan dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika. ------ This research is motivated by the less than optimal use of digital-based learning media in mathematics lessons, as well as the difficulty of students in learning mathematics, thus making students' learning motivation decrease, especially in mathematics lessons. So the formulation of the problem in general in this study is how to develop kahoot learning media on angle measurement material in grade 4 elementary schools in increasing student learning motivation. The purpose of this research is to develop kahoot learning media on angle measuring materials in grade 4 elementary schools in increasing student learning motivation so that they can overcome these problems. The method used in this study is Design and Development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model procedure. This research involved material experts, media experts, teachers and 27 grade 4 students of SD Plus Bakti Nusantara 666 elementary school. Based on the results of the assessment by material experts obtained a score of 93.1% with the category of "very worthy", the assessment of media experts obtained a score of 96.8% with the category of "very worthy". Then, the response from the teacher obtained a score of 96.6% in the "very worthy" category and the student's response obtained a score of 84% with the category of "very worthy". As well as the student's learning motivation obtained a score of 83% with the category "very high”. The assessment results obtained by experts and the responses of media users as well as learning motivation, indicate that this kahoot learning media is very feasible to be used as a learning medium on angle measurement materials in grade 4 elementary school and can increase student learning motivation in mathematics lessons.
