Abstract
Masa remaja adalah masa dimana banyak sekali perubahan, diantaranya perubahan mental emosional serta pengembangan minat yang dimana remaja kebanyak menaruh minat pada K-pop. Gaya musik K-pop yang menarik membuat remaja menjadi fokus dan terhibur, namun ada beberapa pengaruh negatif K-pop yang signifikan bagi remaja, diantaranya pengaruh gaya hidup, sampai religiusitas. Tujuan penelitian: untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh kesehatan mental emosional remaja setelah menonton K-pop. Kesehatan mental emosional remaja adalah suatu kondisi perubahan emosi yang dapat mempengaruhi pemikiran seseorang, perasan atau mood dan dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan untuk berhubungan dengan orang lain. Metode penelitian: metode kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan di grup chat whatsapp komunitas fandom EXO-L pada remaja usia 15-17 tahun. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 remaja fandom EXO-L. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuisioner SDQ yang berbentuk google from. Pengelolaan data dilakukan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian: remaja pada fandom EXO-L mengalami masalah hubungan teman sebaya borderline (52%), masalah prososial normal (88%), masalah hiperaktifitas normal (80%), masalah perilaku normal (76%), dan masalah emosional normal (70%). Kesimpulan: remaja fandom EXO-L memiliki mental emosional sedang setelah menonton K-pop. Saran: bagi remaja fandom EXO-L yang memiliki permasalam emosional untuk mencoba mentonton K-pop ketika sedang mengalami perubahan mood yang tidak baik. Adolescence is a time when there are many changes, including emotional mental changes and the development of interests where teenagers are mostly interested in K-pop. The attractive style of K-pop music makes teenagers become focused and entertained, but there are some significant negative K-pop influences for teenagers, including lifestyle influences, to religiosity. The purpose of the study: to find out whether there is an influence of adolescent emotional mental health after watching K-pop. The emotional mental health of adolescents is a condition of emotional alteration that can affect one's thinking, squeeze or mood and can affect the ability to relate to others. Research method: descriptive quantitative method with sampling using purposive sampling. The study was conducted in the WHATSAPP chat group of the EXO-L fandom community in adolescents aged 15-17 years. The total sample was 50 exo-L fandom teenagers. The research instrument uses an SDQ questionnaire in the form of google from. Data management is carried out in the form of frequency distribution.. Results of the study: adolescents in EXO-L fandom experienced borderline peer relationship problems (52%), normal prosocial problems (88%), normal hyperactivity problems (80%), normal behavioral problems (76%), and normal emotional problems (70%). Conclusion: EXO-L fandom teens have a moderate emotional mentality after watching K-pop. Advice: for exo-L fandom teenagers who have an emotional experience to try watching K-pop when they are experiencing bad mood changes.
