Abstract

Mangrove api-api (Avicennia marina) telah dikenal sejak dulu oleh masyarakat karena banyaknya manfaat yang dimilikinya, dan biasa dimanfaatkan sebagai obat – obatan, kayu bakar dan konstruksi bangunan rumah, pakan hewan. Produksi ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) saat ini terus dikembangkan guna meningkatkan produksi perikanan budidaya, ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy) merupakan jenis ikan herbivora asli Indonesia yang banyak digemari, ekonomis dan mempunyai banyak keunggulan antara lain pertumbuhan cepat, tahan penyakit serta toleran terhadap lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pakan buatan dengan dosis penambahan tepung daun mangrove api-api yang berbeda terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan pada ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy). Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 4 perlakuan 3 kali ulangan dan menggunakan 10 ekor ikan gurami pada setiap ulangan perlakuan. Perlakuan kontrol 100% pakan buatan, Perlakuan 1 : 25% tepung daun mangrove api-api + pakan komersil 75%, Perlakuan 2 : 50% tepung daun mangrove + tepung pakan komersil 50%, Perlakuan 3 : 75% tepung daun meangrove api-api + tepung pakan komersil 25%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberian perlakuan pengaruh kombinasi pakan buatan dengan tepung daun magrove api – api (Avicennia marina) terhadap pertumbuhan dan sintasan ikan gurami (Osphronemus gouramy). variabel pertumbuhan panjang mutlak dan variabel kelangsungan hidup di dapatkan hasil yang terbaik pada perlakuan P2 (50% tepung daun mangrove api-api + 50% pakan komersil), pada variabel bobot di dapatkan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan P3 (75% tepung daun mangrove api-api + pakan komersil 25%), dan variabel FCR di dapatkan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan P1 (25% tepung daun mangrove api-api + pakan komersil 75%). Kata Kunci: Ikan Gurami, Pakan, Pertumbuhan, Mangrove Api-api. Api-api mangroves (Avicennia marina) have been known by the public for a long time because of their many benefits, and are commonly used as medicine, firewood and construction of houses, animal feed. The production of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) is currently being developed in order to increase the production of aquaculture, gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy) is a type of herbivorous fish native to Indonesia that is very popular, economical and has many advantages, including fast growth, disease resistance and environmental tolerance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of artificial feeding with different doses of api-api mangrove leaf flour on the growth of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy). This study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD), with 3 treatments with 3 replications and using 10 fish in each treatment replication. Control treatment 100% artificial feed, Treatment 1: 25% lour of Avicennia marina leaves + 75% commercial feed, Treatment 2: 50% lour of Avicennia marina leaves + 50% commercial feed flour, Treatment 3: 75% lour of Avicennia marina leaves + 25% commercial feed flour. The results of this study indicate that the effect of the combination of artificial feed with api-api (Avicennia marina) leaf meal on the growth of gouramy (Osphronemus gouramy). The absolute length growth rate variable and survival variable got the best results in P2 treatment (50% lour of Avicennia marina leaves + 50% commercial feed), on the weight variable the best results were obtained in P3 treatment (75% lour of Avicennia marina leaves + 25% commercial feed), and the FCR variable got the best results in the P1 treatment (25% lour of Avicennia marina leaves+ 75% commercial feed).
