Abstract
ABSTRAK Dhea Septiani (1800528) “Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasaan Kerja Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior Pada Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat” dibawah bimbingan Dr. Askolani SE., MM dan Annisa Ciptagustia, SE., M.Si. Penelitian ini fokus pada bagaimana gambaran Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat. Organizational Citizenship Behavior merupakan perilaku kewargaorganisasian yang tidak formal atau tidak di deskripsikan dalam organisasi tetapi jika pegawai memiliki Organizational Citizenship Behavior dalam suatu organisasi maka akan memberikan kinerja yang baik serta tercapainya tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efesien. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior, tetapi dalam penelitian ini hanya akan fokus pada Komitmen Organisasi (X1) dan Kepuasaan Kerja (X2). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengetahui gambaran Komitmen Organisasi, Kepuasaaan Kerja dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, bagaimana Pengaruh Kepuasaaan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior serta bagaimana pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasaan Kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif dan verifikatif dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden pada pegawai Balai Pelestarian Nilai Budaya Jawa Barat. Selanjutnya, Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Korelasi Koefesien pearson, Regresi Linear Berganda dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-F dan Uji T. Dalam penelitian ini didapatkan hasil Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan secara bersamaan bahwa Komitmen Organisasi dan Kepuasaan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This research focuses on how the picture of Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the West Java Cultural Values Preservation Center. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is an organizational citizenship behavior that is not formal or not described in the organization but if employees have Organizational Citizenship Behavior in an organization, it will provide good performance and achieve organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Many factors affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but in this study will only focus on Organizational Commitment (X1) and Work Satisfaction (X2). The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of Organizational Commitment, Work Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the West Java Cultural Values Preservation Center and to find out how the influence of Organizational Commitment on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, how the Effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and how the influence of Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the West Java Cultural Values Preservation Center. The research method used is a descriptive and verifiable method with a sample of 60 respondents in the employees of the West Java Cultural Values Preservation Center. Furthermore, the analytical techniques used in this study were Pearson Coefesien Correlation, Multiple Linear Regression and hypothesis testing using F-Test and T Test. In this study, the results of Organizational Commitment had a positive and signifative effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Work Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. and simultaneously that Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
