Abstract

Kemajuan Informasi dan Teknologi memberikan pengaruh besar dalam dunia pendidikan, salah satunya adalah peran guru yang tidak lagi menjadi satu-satunya sumber belajar. Kemajuan TIK memberi tantangan kepada guru untuk mencari peran yang relevan agar dapat mengukur kemajuan belajar peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan di abad 21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis latar belakang guru geografi ditinjau dari lama mengajar, keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan, latar belakang pendidikan dan Gender, (2) Menganalisis kompetensi TPACK guru geografi Di Kabupaten Muna, (3) Menganalisis pengaruh latar belakang Guru geografi terhadap penerapan kerangka kerja TPACK dalam pembelajaran geografi Di Kabupaten Muna, dan (4) menganalisis pengaruh penerapan kerangka kerja TPACK terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : (1) latar belakang guru geografi dalam menerapkan TPACK ditinjau dari lama mengajar berada pada kriteria baik, keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan juga berada pada kriteria baik, latar belakang pendidikan berada pada kriteria Sangat Baik dan Gender juga berada pada kriteria sangat baik (2) Kualitas Kerangka kerja TPACK guru geografi termasuk dalam kriteria Sangat Baik. Pada subdomain TK, TCK, dan TPK guru geografi berada pada kriteria Baik, dan pada subdomain PK, CK, PCK dan TPACK berada pada kriteria Sangat Baik. (3) Pengaruh latar belakang guru terhadap kerangka kerja TPACK guru geografi dengan hasil analisis statistik menunjukan terdapat pengaruh lama masa kerja terhadap kerangka kerja TPACK, terdapat pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kerangka kerja TPACK, tidak terdapat pengaruh latar belakang pendidikan terhadap kerangka kerja TPACK, dan tidak terdapat pengaruh antara gender terhadap kerangka kerja TPACK. (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh mengenai penerapan kerangka kerja TPACK terhadap hasil belajar. Data hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Kerangka kerja TPACK guru geografi di Kabupaten Muna secara umum berada pada kriteria baik, namun jika dilihat dari setiap subdomain, masih terdapat subdomain TK yang berada pada kriteria sedang, oleh karena itu perlu adanya pelatihan mengenai penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kemampuan TK guru geografi di Kabupaten Muna. Kata Kunci: Kerangka Kerja TPACK, Latar Belakang Guru Advances in Information and Technology have a major influence in the world of education, one of which is the role of teachers who are no longer the only source of learning. ICT advances challenge teachers to find relevant roles in order to measure student learning progress in facing challenges in the 21st century. This study aims to (1) analyze the geography teacher's background in terms of length of teaching, participation in training, educational background and Gender, (2) Analyzing the TPACK competence of Geography teachers in Muna Regency, (3) Analyzing the influence of geography teachers' background on the application of the TPACK framework in Geography Learning in Muna Regency, and (4) analyzing the effect of applying the TPACK framework on student learning outcomes. The results showed that: (1) the background of the geography teacher in applying TPACK in terms of teaching length was in good criteria, participation in training was also in good criteria, educational background was in very good criteria and Gender was also in very good criteria ( 2) The quality of the geography teacher TPACK framework is included in the very good criteria. In the TK, TCK, and TPK subdomains, the geography teacher is in the Good criteria, and in the PK, CK, PCK and TPACK subdomains, the criteria are very good. (3) The influence of teacher background on the TPACK framework for geography teachers with the results of the analysis showing that: there is an effect of length of service on the TPACK framework, there is an effect of training on the TPACK framework, then there is no influence of educational background on the TPACK framework, and there is no influence between gender on the TPACK framework. (4) there is no effect on the application of the TPACK framework to learning outcomes. The research data shows that the TPACK framework for geography teachers in Muna Regency is generally in good criteria, but when viewed from each subdomain, there are still kindergarten subdomains that are in moderate criteria, therefore there is a need for training on the use of technology in learning, so that can improve the ability of kindergarten geography teachers in Muna Regency.
