Abstract
Rumah Pintar merupakan bentuk dalam upaya mengatasi permasalahan pendidikan dan pemberdayaan. Dalam hal ini, lembaga Rumah Pintar yang mampu meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat di Kabupaten Sumedang yaitu Rumah Pintar Al-Barokah. Dalam upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat Rumah Pintar Al-Barokah mempunyai program khusus yang diberi nama sentra kriya yang berbentuk program usaha kere jaer. Dalam hal ini Pendidikan Masyarakat memiliki peran yang urgen di tengah perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan yang menimbulkan kebutuhan yang beraneka ragam dalam hal peralihan informasi, pengetahuan serta keterampilan guna pengembangan potensi warga belajar dengan menyeimbangkan antara pengetahuan dan keterampilan fungsional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh data mengenai hal-hal terkait Peran Pengelola dalam memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat cibeureum wetan sumedang. Metode yang digunakan adalah, metode studi deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Partisipan peneliti terdiri dari lima orang, yaitu satu selaku ketua lembaga, satu selaku pengelola, dan tiga sebagai warga belajar di Program Sentra Kriya ini. Berdasarkan hasil temuan penelitian, menunjukkan 1) Peran pengelola dalam memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat di desa cibeureum wetan yang didalamnya meliputi tahapan-tahapan pemberdayaan yaitu persiapan, pengakajian,perencanaan,performalisasi rencana, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi; 2) Strategi rumah pintar dalam memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat di desa cibeureum wetan meliputi aspek motivasi, pelatihan kemampuan, dan mobilisasi sumber daya; 3) Pengaruh sentra kriya terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang di dalam proses pemberdayaannya terdapat faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Rumah Pintar is a form of effort to overcome the problems of education and empowerment. In this case, the Smart House institution that is able to improve community empowerment in Sumedang Regency is the Al-Barokah Smart House. In an effort to empower the community, the Al-Barokah Smart House has a special program called the craft center in the form of a work-a-days program. In this case, Community Education has an urgent role in the midst of the development of science that creates diverse needs in the development of knowledge, knowledge and skills for potential citizens to learn by balancing between and functional skills. The purpose of this study was to obtain data on matters related to the role of managers in empowering the economy of the Cibeureum Wetan Sumedang community. The method used is a descriptive study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation studies. The research participants consisted of five people, namely one as the head of the institution, one as the manager, and three as learning residents in this Craft Center Program. Based on the research findings, it shows 1) the role of managers in empowering the community's economy in the village of Cibeureum Wetan which includes the stages of empowerment, namely preparation, study, planning, formalization, implementation and evaluation; 2) The smart home strategy in empowering the community's economy in the Cibeureum Wetan village includes aspects of motivation, capacity training, and resource mobilization; 3) The influence of craft centers on the economic empowerment of community factors in which there are internal and external factors in the empowerment process.
