Abstract
Problem efisiensi pakan merupakan permasalahan pada budidaya perikanan ikan lele. Kandungan nutrisi pada pakan sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ikan lele. Pemberian feed additive merupakan cara untuk memaksimalkan efisiensi pakan. Ekstrak kulit pisang kepok (Musa balbisiana) memiliki berbagai macam senyawa di dalamnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan waktu yang efektif dari penambahan ekstrak kulit pisang kepok (Musa balbisiana) pada pakan terhadap laju pertumbuhan ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias gariepinus). Desain penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 3 kali pengulangan; K (pakan tanpa ekstrak), P1 (penambahan ekstrak 2g/kg pakan pada minggu pertama), P2 (penambahan ekstrak 2g/kg pakan pada 2 minggu pertama), P3 (penambahan ekstrak 2g/kg pakan pada 3 minggu pertama), dan P4 (penambahan ekstrak 2g/kg pakan selama 4 minggu). Parameter penelitian yaitu laju pertumbuhan panjang dan bobot mutlak, laju pertumbuhan panjang dan bobot harian, efisiensi pakan, rasio konversi pakan, dan tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Analisis data menggunakan analisis ANOVA dan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari semua perlakuan mendapatkan hasil yang berbeda nyata (P<0,05) dimana perlakuan kontrol berbeda nyata dengan P1, P2, P3, dan P4. Laju pertumbuhan panjang dan bobot mutlak paling efektif terdapat pada P2 sebesar 3,58 cm dan 4,94 g. Laju pertumbuhan harian panjang dan bobot paling efektif terdapat pada P2 sebesar 0,119cm/hari dan 0,175g/hari. Perlakuan paling efektif pada rasio konversi pakan pada P2 dengan indeks 1,008 dan efisiensi pakan pada P2 sebesar 92,292%. The problem of feed efficiency is a problem in catfish aquaculture. Nutrient content in feed is very influential on the growth of catfish. Feed additive is a way to maximize feed efficiency. Kepok banana peel extract (Musa balbisiana) has various of this study was to determine the effect and effective time of adding kepok banana (Musa balbisiana) to feed on the growth rate of sangkuriang catfish (Clarias gariepinus). The research design used a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 repetitions; K (feed without extract), P1 (addition of extract 2g/kg feed in the first week), P2 (addition of extract 2g/kg feed in the first 2 weeks), P3 (addition of extract 2g/kg feed in the first 3 weeks), and P4 (addition of extract 2g/kg feed for 4 weeks). The research parameters were the growth rate of absolute length and weight, growth rate of daily length and weight, feed efficiency, feed conversion ratio, and survival rate. Data analysis used ANOVA analysis and Duncan's follow-up test. The results showed that from all treatments got significantly different results (P<0.05) where the control treatment was significantly different from P1, P2, P3, and P4. The most effective growth rates in absolute length and weight were found at P2 of 3.58 cm and 4.94 g. The most effective daily growth rate for length and weight was found in P2 of 0.119cm/day and 0.175g/day. The most effective treatment was the feed conversion ratio at P2 with an index of 1.008 and feed efficiency at P2 of 92.292%.
