Abstract

ABSTRAK Sungai Cirasea yang mengalir melalui Desa Pakutandang, Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung terjadi banjir karena curah hujan yang tinggi dan hanya ada Watervang yang membantu mengurangi banjir, namun tidak cukup untuk mengendalikan banjir. Banjir pada sungai Cirasea berdampak pada masyarakat, sehingga terhambatnya Aktivitas warga dalam berkegiatan. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka akan direncanakan penanggulangan banjir pada sungai Cirasea. Perencanaan meliputi hitungan hidrograf, dan pemodelan banjir pada lokasi penelitian. Perhitungan hidrograf menggunakan perbandingan antara HSS Nakayasu, HSS Snyder dan HSS SCS, namun pada perhitungan HSS SCS menggunakan perhitungan dengan aplikasi HEC-HMS 4.8 untuk mendapatkan debit rencana banjir. Metode yang akan digunakan menggunakan kolam retensi. Kolam retensi Penelitian menggunakan metode kolam retensi karena pada lokasi penelitian terdapat tata guna lahan yang cukup luas untuk dibangun kolam retensi. Pemodelan sebaran aliran air sungai Cirasea menggunakan aplikasi HEC-RAS 6.1 dengan pemodelan 2D. Debit puncak yang dimodelkan pada kondisi eksisting dan desain perencanaan kolam retensi menggunakan debit rencana yang sama. Hasil data yang di dapat akan diolah untuk di proses hingga hasil yang didapat sesuai tujuan. Penelitian penanggulangan dengan metoda kolam retensi yang sudah di rekayasa guna untuk menampung debit air sungai pada kondisi puncak. Kolam retensi dapat menampung debit banjir rencana, menurunkan kecepatan sebaran aliran air sungai, dan mengurangi tinggi kedalaman muka air sungai. ABSTRACT The Cirasea River which flows through Pakutandang Village, Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, floods due to high rainfall and there’s only Watervang who reduce the floods but cannot control it.Floods on the Cirasea river have an impact on the community, so that residents' activities are hampered in carrying out their activities. From these problems, a flood prevention plan on the Cirasea river will be planned. Planning includes hydrograph calculations, and flood modeling at the research site. The hydrograph calculation uses a comparison between HSS Nakayasu, HSS Snyder and HSS SCS, but the calculation of HSS SCS uses calculations using the HEC-HMS 4.8 application to get the planned flood discharge. The method to be used is a retention pond. Retention pond This research uses the retention pond method because at the research location there is a large enough land use to build a retention pond. Modeling the distribution of water flow in the Cirasea river using the HEC-RAS 6.1 application with 2D modeling. Peak discharge modeled on the existing conditions and the design of the retention pond design using the same design discharge. The results of the data that can be processed will be processed until the results obtained are according to the purpose. Countermeasures research using the retention pond method that has been engineered to accommodate river water discharge at peak conditions. The retention pond can accommodate the design flood discharge, reduce the speed of river water flow distribution, and reduce the depth of the river water level.
