Abstract

ABSTRAK Kurangnya peran seorang ayah di kehidupan remaja berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan emosi. Seorang ayah bukan hanya berperan sebagai pencari nafkah, ayah juga berperan seperti mendidik anak, mengarahkan anak, menjadi teman bagi anak, agar anak tersebut merasa dekat dan nyaman dengan ayahnya. Anak yang tidak dekat anaknya akan cenderung mengalami rasa kesepian, kurangnya perhatian, dan melampiaskan emosinya dengan cara melakukan hal yang negatif. Hal tersebut berdampak terhadap kematangan emosi dan menjadi suatu permasalahan bagi remaja. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara peran ayah terhadap gangguan mental emosional pada remaja di Desa Cipacing. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dan sampel diambil dengan cara Simple Random Sampling yaitu remaja berusia 12-18 tahun di Desa Cipacing, Jatinangor dengan jumlah 301 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner peran ayah dan kuisioner SDQ. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan analisis bivariat serta pengolahan dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji rank spearman. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran ayah dengan gangguan mental emosional memiliki nilai signifikansi 0,004 yang dapat dikatakan <0,05, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa peran ayah dengan gangguan emosional memiliki hubungan satu sama lain.Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran ayah memiliki hubungan yang kuat terhadap gangguan mental emosional remaja. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin tinggi peran ayah maka semakin rendah tingkat gangguan mental emosional pada remaja. Sehingga perlu diingatkan dan menjadi bahan kajian serta perlu diperhatikan untuk perawat kesehatan setempat agar melakukan penyuluhan dan edukasi terkait pentingnya peran ayah terhadap mental emosional remaja agar terkendali secara optimal. ABSTRACT The lack of a father's role in adolescent life affects the emotional development of a father, not only as a breadwinner, father also plays a role such as educating children, directing children, being friends for children, so that the child feels close and comfortable with his father. Children who are not close to their children will tend to experience loneliness, lack of attention, and vent their emotions by doing negative things. This has an impact on emotional maturity and becomes a problem for teenagers. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of fathers and mental emotional disorders in adolescents in Cipacing Desai Village. This study used quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population and samples were taken by simple random sampling, namely adolescents aged 12-18 years in Cipacing Village. Jatinangor with a total of 301 people. The research instrument used the father's role questionnaire and the SDQ questionnaire.. Quantitative data analysis was carried out by bivariate analysis and processing was carried out using the Spearman rank test. The results of this study indicate that the role of fathers with emotional mental disorders has a significance value of 0.004 which can be said <0.05, so it can be stated that the role of fathers with emotional disorders has a one-to-one relationship. each other. This research can be concluded that the role of fathers has a strong relationship with mental emotional disorders in adolescents. So it can be said that the higher the role of the father, the lower the level of emotional mental disorder in adolescent. So it is necessary to raise it and become a study material and it is necessary to pay attention to local health nurses in order to provide counseling and educaton regarding the importance of therole of fathers in adolescent emotional mentality so that it controlled optimally.
