Abstract

Participation of participants is one of the faktors in the implementation of a program. Participation is not just a matter of results but also a process on the dimensions of change, both changes in attitudes and behavior. In this study, it was found that the level of participation of participants tended to be less in the implementation of the Program Pendampingan Bunda. Program Pendampingan Bunda Schole Fitrah is a program with the aim of encouraging mothers to explore the potential of themselves and their families. For this reason, a study was conducted on participants to determine whether the level of mother's participation has an influence on the quality of educational interactions in her family. This research approach uses a quantitative correlational approach with a questionnaire/questionnaire as a data collection tool which is distributed to respondents. From this study, it was found that 1) The level of maternal participation was quite low in program implementation and evaluation activities, 2) The quality of the interaction of mothers in educating the family was quite high even though the program participation was quite low, 3) Based on the data analysis that had been carried out there was no influence on the level of participation. mothers on the quality of educational interactions in the family. The results of the correlation calculation have a low positive correlation value between the level of participation and the quality of educational interaction, where the relationship between the two is directly proportional so that mothers with low levels of participation do not necessarily have low quality interactions. For further research, the researcher provides recommendations to examine other faktors that affect the quality of the interaction between educating mothers in the family.
