Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaranefektivitas program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3), gambaran tingkat produktivitas kerja karyawan, serta adakah pengaruhefektivitas program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) tehadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Gamatex Cimahi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang diteliti, yaitu: pertama adalah variabel X (program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3)) yang memiliki indikator: 1) Berbagai macam dan bentuk sumber bahaya; 2) Pembinaan dan pelaksanaan norma dan standard K3; 3) Pendidikan dan pelatihan K3; 4) Alat perlindungan diri dan alat pengaman lain sesuai dengan jenisnya sifat pekerjaan; 5) Prosedur dan tata cara penyelamatan diri, peralatan dan bahan bila keadaan darurat; 6)Tata-laksanaan pertanggungjawaban pelaksanaan tugas; 7) Data pemeriksaan kesehatan pekerja; dan 8) Inspeksi dan investigasi kecelakaan, kedua adalah Variabel Y (produktivitas kerja) yang indikatornya adalah: : 1) kualitas hasil kerja;2) kuantitas hasil kerja; 3) disiplin kerja; dan 4) kerja lembur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory survey, teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara penyebaran angket (kuisioner). Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa program kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3) berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Gamatex Cimahi. Kata kunci : Program Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3), Produktivitas Kerja This research aims to know the description of the effectiveness of health and safety programs (K3), description of employee productivity levels, as well as the effectiveness of the program's influence is the occupational health and safety (K3) employee productivity by taking action against the production at PT. Gamatex Cimahi. In this study there are two variables examined, namely: the first is the variable X (occupational health and safety program (K3)) that has an indicator: 1) various forms and sources of danger; 2) coaching and implementation of norms and standards for the K3; 3 the K3 training and education); 4) means of self-protection and other safety devices in accordance with its specific nature of work; 5) procedures and self rescue procedures, equipment and materials when a State of emergency; 6) Implementation of accountability for implementation; 7 health examination Data of workers); and 8) Inspection and investigation into the accident, the second is the Variable Y (works productivity), that the indicators is:the quality of the work; 2) the quantity of the work; 3) discipline of work; and 4) overtime work. This research is explanatory survey methods, data gathering techniques by means of dissemination of the question form (questionnaire). The instruments used are the now Likert scale model. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis. Based on data obtained from the results of this study showed that the program occupational health and safety (K3) positive effect on works productivity of employee at production division in PT.
