Abstract

Bahwa prestasi seorang atlet itu didasarkan pada beberapa keilmuan yang semuanya terintegrasi. Prestasi, kompetisi, dan atlet adalah tiga hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan. Pencapaian prestasi atlet membutuhkan performa tubuh yang optimal saat bertanding. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fungsi kognisi dan motor educability dengan performa atlet senam. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunankan metode deskrtiptif kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan youth athlete Jawa Barat. Adapun teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 17 atlet yang tergabung dalam tim Pelatda dan Tim PPLP Jawa Barat. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes potensi akademik, tes konsentrasi (grid concentration test), tes memori (digit span test), motor educability test, dan tes performa senam. Adapun hasil dari penghitungan uji korelasi pearson product moment dan regresi ganda dengan menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistic 25. Diperoleh hasil penelitian: (1) Nilai korelasi 0,784 nilai PPM sebesar 0,61 dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 61% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan fungsi kognitif dengan performa senam. (2) Nilai korelasi 0,590 nilai PPM sebesar 0,35 dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 35% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,013 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan motor educability dengan performa senam. (3) Nilai regresi ganda 0,844 nilai PPM sebesar 0,712 dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 71,2% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat hubungan fungsi kognisi dan motor educability dengan performa senam. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fungsi kognisi dengan performa senam, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motor educability dengan performa senam, terdapat hubungan yang signifikansi antara fungsi kognisi dan motor educability dengan performa atlet senam, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara fungsi kognisi dan motor educability dengan performa senam. The method used in this study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a correlational design. The population in this study were youth athletes from West Java. The sampling technique in this study used a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this study amounted to 17 athletes who are members of the Pelatda team and the West Java PPLP Team. The instruments used are academic potential test, grid concentration test, memory test (digit span test), motor educability test, and exercise performance test. The results of the calculation of the Pearson product moment correlation test and multiple regression using IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The results obtained: (1) The correlation value of 0.784, the PPM value of 0.61 with a contribution value of 61% and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means that there is a relationship between cognitive function and exercise performance. (2) The correlation value is 0.590, the PPM value is 0.35 with a contribution value of 35% and a significance value of 0.013 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between motor educability and exercise performance. (3) The multiple regression value of 0.844, the PPM value of 0.712 with a contribution value of 71.2% and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a relationship between cognitive function and motor educability with exercise performance. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between cognitive function and gymnastics performance, there was a significant relationship between motor educability and exercise performance, there was a significant relationship between cognitive function and motor educability with the performance of gymnastics athletes, there was a significant relationship between cognitive function and motor educability. with exercise performance.
