Abstract
Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui hasil latihan shooting dengan konsep BEEF,metode latihan BEEF adalah konsep shooting yang meliputi balance (keseimbangan), eyes (mata), elbow (siku), dan follow through (gerakan lanjut selesainya melepas bola). Terhadap keterampilan shooting bola usia remaja. Dalam penelitian metode BEEF ini, peneliti meneliti lebih dalam tentang metode BEEF dengan cara diberi perlakua ditiap komponennya.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen, penelitian ini masuk dalam bentuk one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini 12 atlet putri club flamboyan. Sampling menggunakan total sampling, Intrumen yang digunakan adalah tes shooting 5 titik. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan memberikan tes awal/ pre-test. Kemudian diberi perlakuan (treatment) dengan bentuk metode latihan BEEF, selanjutnya diberikan tes akhir/ post-test.Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji hipotesis hasil uji Paird sampel test, dapat diketahui bahwa thitung>ttabel iyaitu 4.553>2,262 dan nilai signifikansi<0.05 iyaitu sebesar 0.001<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan metode latihan beef terhadap shooting bola basket usia remaja. hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pretest dan postest. Data pretest memiliki rata-rata 3.667 dan data postest rata-rata mencapai 6.0000. Kesimpulan latihan shooting dengan konsep BEEF mampu meningkatkan keterampilan shooting bola basket untuk usia remaja. Alen Rismayadi, M.Pd This study is about to determine the results of shooting exercises with the BEEF concept, the BEEF training method is a shooting concept which includes balance, eyes, elbows, and follow through (continued movement after releasing the ball). In this BEEF method research, researchers examine more deeply about the BEEF method by being treated in each of its components.The method that used in this research is experimental method, this research is included in the form of a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were 12 female of club flamboyant athletes. Sampling uses total sampling, the instrument used is a 5 point shooting test. The data collection technique was done by giving an initial test / pre-test. Then given the treatment (treatment) in the form of the BEEF exercise method, then given a final test / post-test.The data processing technique carried out by descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing analysis of the results of the Paird sample test test, it can be seen that tcount> t table i is 4.553> 2.262 and a significance value <0.05 i is 0.001 <0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant effect of beef training method on youth basketball shooting. These results indicate that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. The pretest data has an average of 3,667 and the posttest data has an average of 6,600. Conclusion shooting practice with BEEF concept is able to improve basketball shooting skills for teenagers.
