Abstract

Pendidikan abad ke-21 diarahkan untuk berbasis Higher Order Thinking Skills, di mana penerapan keterampilan tersebut dapat menjadi bekal untuk membentuk peserta didik sebagai sumber daya manusia yang unggul dan berkualitas. Oleh karena itu, instrumen penilaian sebagai bagian penting dalam pembelajaran perlu disusun dengan memperhatikan aspek Higher Order Thinking Skills berupa keterampilan berpikir kritis dan berpikir kreatif guna terciptanya penilaian ideal abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas instrumen penilaian akhir semester IPA kelas V 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah dokumen kisi-kisi dan soal penilaian akhir semester IPA kelas V di Kecamatan Kutawaringin serta guru penyusun soal penilaian akhir semester. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa instrumen telaah dokumen dan pedoman wawancara, untuk analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data model Creswell. Hasil penelitian, diperoleh temuan: (1) Kesesuaian indikator soal pada kisi-kisi yaitu sejumlah 0% sampai dengan 29%. (2) Indikator HOTS pada indikator soal dalam kisi-kisi penilaian akhir semester hanya sebagian kecil yang muncul yaitu sejumlah 0,8%. (3) Komposisi butir soal HOTS untuk aspek keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreatif dalam penilaian akhir semester hanya sebagian kecil yang muncul dengan persentase sejumlah 0,8%. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa penilaian akhir semester yang digunakan masih belum ideal untuk dijadikan penilaian pada abad ke-21. ----- 21st-century education is geared towards higher order thinking skills, where the application of these skills can be a provision to form learners as superior and qualified human resources. Therefore, assessment instruments as an important part of learning need to be structured by paying attention to aspects of Higher Order Thinking Skills in the form of critical thinking and creative thinking skills in order to create an ideal assessment of the 21st-century. This research aims to find out the quality of the end-of-semester assessment instrument of science in grade five for 2020/2021. The research method used is a method of content analysis with a qualitative approach. The object of this research is a grating document and the end-of-semester assessment science grade five in Kutawaringin District as well as the teacher. Research instruments used in the form of document review instruments and interview guidelines, for data analysis in this study using creswell model data analysis. The results of the study obtained findings: (1) The suitability of the problem indicator on the grating is a number of 0% to 29%. (2) The HOTS indicator on the problem indicator in the grating of end-of-semester assessment is only a small part that appears at 0.8%. (3) The composition of HOTS indicator in the aspects of critical and creative thinking skills in the end-of-semester assessment is only a small percentage that appears with a percentage of 0.8%. Based on these results, it can be stated that end-of-semester assessment used is still not ideal to be used as an assessment in the 21st-century.
