Abstract
ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran pembinaan kearsipan, gambaran kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan dan pengaruh pembinaan kearsipan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan di Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta. Variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini yaitu pembinaan kearsipan dan kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model skala likert. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah arsiparis dan juga pengelola arsip sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dan koefisien korelasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh hasil bahwa Pembinaan kearsipan berada pada kategori tinggi, Kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, dan Pembinaan kearsipan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan. Maka, didapatkan kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu bahwa pembinaan kearsipan cukup berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan di Perangkat Daerah Kabupaten Purwakarta. Kata kunci: pembinaan kearsipan, kinerja pengelolaan kearsipan ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know the description of archival development, describe the performance of archive management and to find the effect of archival development on the performance of archive management in the Local Government Agency of Purwakarta Regency. The variables studied in this research is archival development and the performance of archive management. The method of this research is used survey explanatory method and data collection technique used is likert scale model questionnaire. The respondents of this study were 50 archivist. Data analysis technique used is simple linear regression and correlation coeffisients. The results of this study is obtained that the archival development was in the high category, the performance of archive management was in the very high category, and archival development has a significant positive effect on the performance of archive management. Accordingly, the conclusion of this research is the effect of archival development is quite influential on the performance of archive management in the Local Government Agency of Purwakarta Regency.
