Abstract

Abstrak Sifaniar Harya 2022 “METODE BERMAIN PERAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS (UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA)”. Dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial terdapat konsep yang berkaitan dengan lingkungan masyarakat, pada usia anak sekolah dasar tidak bisa lepas dengan bermain. Karena bermain siswa dapat mengembangkan wawasannya, siswa senang. Latar belakang dalam penelitian ini didasari atas observasi peneliti di SDN Serang VII pada kelas 4 saat pembelajaran guru yang mengajar monoton yang membuat siswa pasif dan hasil belajar menurun terutama pada pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial Metode yang digunakan yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan desain Kemmis dan Taggart dimana di setiap siklusnya terdapat 4 tahapan diantaranya pengamatan, perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan refleksi, dan dengan pendekatan Kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini wawancara, tes dan observasi. Dalam METODE BERMAIN PERAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS (UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA) mengalami peningkatan baik itu aktivitas siswa, guru dan hasil belajar siswa, pada pra siklus aktivitas siswa mencapai 430 dengan persentase 47% kategori (Kurang), pada siklus I 560 dengan persentase 62% kategori (Baik) dan meningkat pada Siklus II 782 dengan persentase 78% kategori (Baik). Pada aktivitas guru pra siklus 44%, siklus I 88% dan siklus II 94%, pada hasil belajar pra siklus 1.4.60 dengan rata-rata 58,4 persentase 28%, Siklus I 1.915 rata-rata 76 persentase 44% dan meningkat pada siklus II 2.210 dengan rata-rata 88,4 persentase 88%. Dengan begitu METODE BERMAIN PERAN DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPS (UPAYA PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA) dikatakan berhasil karena telah terjadi peningkatan yang signifikan pada aktivitas siswa, guru selama KBM dan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan metode bermain peran ini di setiap siklusnya. Kata Kunci : Bermain Peran, Hasil Belajar, Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS). Abstract Sifaniar Harya 2022 "Application of Role Playing Methods to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade 4 Elementary School Students in Learning Theme 4 (IPS)". In learning Social Sciences (IPS) there are concepts related to the community environment, and at the age of elementary school children it cannot be separated from playing. Because by playing students can develop their insight, and students are happy. The background in this study is based on the observations of researchers at SDN Serang VII in grade 4 when the teacher's teaching and learning process is monotonous which makes students passive and learning outcomes in class decline, especially in learning Social Sciences (IPS). The method in this research is Classroom Action Research with Kemmis and Taggart designs where in each cycle there are 4 stages including observation, planning, implementation and reflection, and with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The data obtained in this study were interviews, tests and observations. In the application of the Role Playing Method to Improve Learning Outcomes of Class 4 Elementary School Students in Theme 4 Learning (IPS) there was an increase in both student activity, teacher and student learning outcomes, in the pre-cycle student activity reached 430 with a percentage of 47% category (less), then in the first cycle 560 with a percentage of 62% in the (Good) category and increased again in the second cycle 782 with a percentage of 78% in the (Good) category. Then in pre-cycle teacher activities 44%, cycle I 88% and cycle II 94%, then in pre-cycle learning outcomes 1.4.60 with an average of 58.4 percentages of 28%, Cycle I 1.915 an average of 76 percentages of 44% and increased again in the second cycle of 2.210 with an average of 88.4 percentage of 88%. Thus, the application of the Role Playing Method to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade 4 Elementary School Students in Theme 4 Learning (IPS) is said to be successful because there has been a significant increase in student activity, Keywords: Role Playing, Learning Outcomes, Social Sciences (IPS).
