Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Pendidikan dan Pelatihan TOT (Training Of Trainer) Terhadap Kinerja Mengajar Trainer Di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran penyelenggaraan pendidikan dan pelatihan TOT (Training Of Trainer), kinerja mengajar trainer, serta pengaruh Diklat TOT (Training Of Trainer) terhadap kinerja mengajar trainer. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket, dengan partisipan sebanyak 32 trainer. Analisis perhitungan ini menggunakan bantuan program Microsoft Excel 2016 dan SPSS versi 24.0 for Windows. Hasil uji korelasi variabel X dan variabel Y adalah sebesar 0,549 yaitu menunjukan bahwa koreasi kedua variabel tersebut pada tingkat hubungan cukup kuat, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 30,2%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan pendidikan dan pelatihan TOT (Training Of Trainer) terhadap kinerja mengajar trainer di Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda. This research is titled "Influence of TOT (Training of Trainer) Training on Trainer Teaching Performance in Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda". The purpose of this research is to find out the overview of the TOT (Training Of Trainer) training implementation, the trainers teaching performance, and the influence of TOT (Training Of Trainer) training on the trainers teaching performance. This research uses descriptive methods with quantitative approaches. The technique in data collection was conducted by questionnaire method, with participants as many as 32 trainers. The analysis calculation uses the help of Microsoft Excel 2016 and SPSS version 24.0 for Windows programs. The correlation test results of variable X and variable Y are 0.549 which shows that the two variables are at a fairly strong correlation level, with a coefficient of determination of 30.2%. The conclusion of this study has a positive and significant influence on TOT (Training Of Trainer) education and training on the trainers teaching performance at Pusdiklat Ir. H. Djuanda.
