Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ukuran-ukuran antropometri pada siswa sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta di kota Bandung dan mengetahui pola-pola antropometri pada siswa kelas 1 sampai dengan kelas 6. Pengambilan data dilakukan di lima sekolah dasar dengan jumlah keseluruhan data kelas satu sebayak 143, kelas dua sebanyak 147, kelas tiga sebanyak 153, kelas empat sebanyak 162, kelas lima sebanyak 157 dan kelas enam berjumlah 152 siswa siswi. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Selain analisis tersebut bab ini juga akan menyajikan karakteristik responden, deskriptif hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: telah diperoleh ukuran antropometri siswa. Hasil pola perkembangan siswa kelas 1 sampai kelas 6 mengalami peningkatan pada setiap kelasnya dengan perbedaan yang tidak signifikat sekitar 2-5 cm pada tinggi,berat, lebar, dan lingkar. Sedangkan pada bagian lemak setiap kelas mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan yang berbeda – beda pada setiap sekolah dasar. Perbedaan yang mencolok pada penelitian ini yaitu, anak kelas enam selalu mengalami perbedaan yang menonjol dari pada kelas sebelumnya. Ini menunjukkan kelas lima menuju kelas enam terjadi ledakan pertumbuhan. Kata Kunci: pola perkembangan, antropometri, siswa sekolah dasar. This study aims to determine anthropometric measures in public elementary school students and private elementary school students in Bandung and to know anthropometric patterns in students from grade 1 to grade 6. Data collection was carried out in five primary schools with total data in the first class as large as 143, second class 147, third class 153, fourth class 162, fifth class 157 and sixth class 152 students. The analysis used in this study is quantitative descriptive analysis. In addition to the analysis this chapter will also present the characteristics of the respondents, descriptive of the results of the study. The results of this study indicate that: anthropometric measures of students have been obtained. The results of the pattern of development of children from grade 1 to grade 6 increased in each class with a non-significant difference of about 2-5 cm in height, weight, width, and circumference. While the fat part of each class has a different increase and decrease in each elementary school. The striking difference in this study is that sixth graders always experience prominent differences from the previous class. This shows the fifth grade towards the sixth grade there is an explosion of growth. Keywords: Patterns of development, Anthropometry, Elementary school students
