Abstract
Skripsi ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi motor educability dan anxiety dengan performa atlet senam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu youth athlete senam Jawa Barat sebanyak 17 atlet. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan kriteria youth athlete senam Jawa Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan pengambilan data kepada atlet senam PPLP, Pelatda Jabar dan Club Tera melalui tes yang berkaitan dengan variabel penelitian yaitu tes Motor Educability dan tes Anxiety. Tes tes motor educability dengan menggunakan pedoman IOWA-Brace test terdiri dari 20 item tes. Sedangkan untuk tes anxiety menggunakan Competitive State Anxiety Inventory II (CSAI II). Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data, ditemukan data pertama ada korelasi negative yang signifikan sebesar r = -0,583 pada p-value (0,014) < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 34%. Jika kecemasan tinggi maka performa buruk dan sebaliknya jika kecemasan rendah maka performa tinggi. Data kedua ditemukan variabel motoreducability berkorelasi positif siginifikan dengan performa senam. Korelasi hasil penelitian sebesar r = 0,590 dengan kontribusi p-value (0,013) < 0,05 dengan kontribusi sebesar 35%. Besarnya kekuatan hubungan antara motoreducability dengan performa yaitu cukup kuat. Hasil penilitian pada hipotesis ketiga ditemukan adanya hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kecemasan dan motoreducability dengan performa senam sebesar r = 0.731 dengan p-value (0.005) < 0.05 dengan kontribusi 53.5%. Besarnya kekuatan hubungan antara kecemasan dan motoreducability dengan performa adalah kuat. Kata kunci : Motor Educability, Anxiety, Performa Atlet. This thesis uses quantitative research that aims to determine correlation of motor educability and anxiety with the performance of gymnastics athletes. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study were 17 athletes from West Java gymnastics. Determination of the sample using a saturated sampling technique with the criteria of youth athlete gymnastics West Java. The technique of collecting data is by collecting data for PPLP, West Java Pelatda and Club Tera gymnastics athletes through tests related to research variables, namely the Motor Educability test and the Anxiety test. The motor educability test using the IOWA-Brace test guidelines consists of 20 test items. As for the anxiety test using the Competitive State Anxiety Inventory II (CSAI II). Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the first data had a significant negative correlation of r = -0.583 at p-value (0.014) <0.05 with a contribution of 34%. If anxiety is high then performance is poor and vice versa if anxiety is low then performance is high. The second data found that the motoreducability variable had a significant positive correlation with exercise performance. The correlation between research results is r = 0.590 with a contribution of p-value (0.013) <0.05 with a contribution of 35%. The magnitude of the strength of the relationship between motoreducability and performance is quite strong. The results of the research on the third hypothesis found a significant positive relationship between anxiety and motoreducability with exercise performance of r = 0.731 with p-value (0.005) <0.05 with a contribution of 53.5%. The magnitude of the strength of the relationship between anxiety and motoreducability with performance is strong. Keywords: Motor Educability, Anxiety, Athlete Performance.
