Abstract

Interaksi edukatif merupakan interaksi yang bukan sekadar ditandai dengan dialog atau komunikasi antar guru dan siswa, melainkan interaksi yang berlangsung dalam ikatan tujuan menciptakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa kearah kedewasaannya. Tonggak keberhasilannya adalah seorang guru, dan mata pelajaran yang menjadikan pembentukan karakter atau akhlak mulia sebagai misi utamanya yaitu Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Maka, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh interaksi edukatif guru PAI terhadap karakter religius siswa SMP di Kota Bandung. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasi desain prediksi model regresi linear sederhana digunakan untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan juga memprediksi seberapa jauh keterkaitan antar dua variabel tersebut. Data kedua variabel diambil menggunakan angket dengan skala likert yang disebarkan melalui google form dan secara langsung. Sebagai sampel, terpilih 233 responden (siswa) yang terdiri dari 114 laki-laki dan 119 perempuan yang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interaksi edukatif (variabel X) memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan karakter religius siswa (variabel Y) pada level 0.05. Hal itu dikarenakan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) atau nilai probabilitas (0.029) < 0.05. Sementara itu, berdasarkan perolehan nilai korelasi 0.143 kekuatan hubungan diantara kedua variabel (X dan Y) sangat rendah dimana variabel interaksi edukatif memiliki pengaruh sebesar 2.1% terhadap variabel karakter religius. Namun demikian, arah hubungan diantara kedua variabel tersebut positif karena nilai korelasi bernilai positif. Artinya, upaya guru untuk menciptakan interaksi edukatif yang positif akan berdampak terhadap peningkatan karakter religius siswa. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa guru sebaiknya tetap terus menjalin interaksi edukatif dalam proses belajar mengajarnya untuk menumbuhkembangkan karakter religius para siswanya. Kata kunci : Pendidikan Agama Islam, Interaksi Edukatif, Karakter Religius, PAI & BP, Pendidikan Islam Educational interaction is an interaction that is not only marked by dialogue or communication between teachers and students, but interactions that take place in a bond of purpose to create changes in student behavior towards maturity. The milestone of its success is a teacher, and subjects that make the formation of character or noble character as its main mission are Islamic Religious Education Subjects. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of PAI teacher educative interactions on the religious character of junior high school students in the city of Bandung. A quantitative approach with the correlation method of predictive design of a simple linear regression model is used to determine the strength of the relationship as well as to predict how far the relationship between the two variables is. The data for the two variables was taken using a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was distributed through google form and directly. As a sample, 233 respondents (students) were selected, consisting of 114 males and 119 females, which were taken using a simple random sampling technique. The results showed that the educational interaction (variable X) had a significant relationship with the religious character of students (variable Y) at level 0.05. That's because the value of Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) or probability value (0.029) < 0.05. Meanwhile, based on the acquisition of a correlation value of 0.143 the strength of the relationship between the two variables (X and Y) is very low where the educational interaction variable has an influence of 2.1% on the religious character variable. However, the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive because the correlation value is positive. That is, the teacher's efforts to create positive educational interactions will have an impact on increasing the religious character of students. These results indicate that teachers should continue to establish educative interactions in the teaching and learning process to develop the religious character of their students.
