Abstract

ABSTRAK Program kartu prakerja yang dikeluarkan melalui Peraturan Presiden nomor 36 tahun 2020 tentang pengembangan kompetensi kerja merupakan program yang dikeluarkan untuk meminimalisir dampak dari pandemi covid-19 menjadi fenomena yang menarik untuk di teliti terutama di Kelurahan Baleendah yang memiliki jumlah penduduk terbanyak se-Kecamatan Baleendah. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat pengaruh latar belakang perspsi terhadap motivasi intrinsik dan motivasi ektrinsik calon tenaga kerja terhadap pemanfaatan program kartu prakerja. Kemudian untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan antara variabel latar belakang persepsi dan motivasi ektrinsik terhadap motivasi intrinsik calon tenaga kerja untuk memanfaatkan program kartu prakerja. Menggunakan structural equation modelling (SEM) sebagai metode analisis penelitian yang didalamnya terdapat 3 kegiatan secara bersamaan, yaitu pemeriksaan validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen (confirmatory factor analysis), pengujian model hubungan antara variabel (path analysis), dan mendapatkan model yang cocok untuk prediksi (model struktural dan analisis regresi). Hasil penelitia menunjukan bahwa (1) Variabel pengalaman, cakrawala dan pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang Positif terhadap motivasi intrinsik namun variabel proses belajar tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi Intrinsik. (2) Variabel proses belajar, cakrawala dan pengetahuan memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivasi ektrinsik namun variabel pengalaman tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap motivasi entrinsik. (3) Variabel eksogen memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap varibel endogen secara bersamaan. Kata Kunci : pengaruh latar belakang persepsi, motivasi, program kartu prakerja. ABSTRACT The pre-employment card program issued through Presidential Regulation number 36 of 2020 regarding the development of work competencies is a program issued to minimize the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which is an interesting phenomenon to be studied, especially in Baleendah Village which has the largest population in Baleendah District. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of perceived background on intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of prospective workers on the use of the pre-employment card program. Then to determine the simultaneous effect of the background variable perception and extrinsic motivation on the intrinsic motivation of prospective workers to take advantage of the pre-employment card program. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) as a research analysis method in which there are 3 activities simultaneously, namely checking the validity and reliability of the instrument (confirmatory factor analysis), testing the relationship model between variables (path analysis), and getting a suitable model for prediction (model analysis). structural and regression analysis). The results showed that (1) the experience, horizon and knowledge variables had a positive influence on intrinsic motivation, but the learning process variable had no influence on intrinsic motivation. (2) Learning process variables, horizons and knowledge have a positive influence on extrinsic motivation but experience variables have no influence on intrinsic motivation.
