Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, rumusan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah “Apakah terdapat efektifitas dalam penggunaan dan penyampaian aplikasi zoom meeting terhadap pembelajaran peserta pelatihan”. Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Evaluasi, dan (4) Penerapan experiental learning cycle berbaasis aplikasi zoom meeting pada pelatihan kultur jaringan diklat balai besar pelatihan pertanian (BBPP) lembang ditengah pandemic Covid-19. Rumusah masalah itu digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan bagaimana keefektivan penggunaan Experiental learning cycle dalam menciptakan proses pelatihan yang bermakna karena pelibatan langsung peserta dengan mengalami langsung apa yang dipelajari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Responden yang terlibat dalam pengisian angket berjumlah 31 orang yang terdiri dari 30 peserta pelatihan dan 1 orang fasilitator kultur jaringan. Hasil penelitian bahwa: Penerapan Experiental Learning Cycle Berbasis Aplikasi Zoom Meeting Pada Pelatihan Kultur Jaringan Di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) Lembang menjadi suatu inovasi yang efektif dilakukan ketika situasi pandemic seperti sekarang. Aspek perencanaan diarahkan pada perumusan tujuan pelatihan kultur jaringan menggunakan Experiental Learning Cycle Berbasis Aplikasi Zoom Meeting. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan durasi waktu 3x45 menit jam pelajaran selama 3 hari berturut-turut. Evaluasi meninjau hasil dari evaluasi proses pelatihan dan evaluasi hasil belajar peserta pelatihan. Dari segi proses dan evaluasi hasil belajar peserta pelatihan penerapan Experiental Learning Cycle Berbasis Aplikasi Zoom Meeting Pada Pelatihan Kultur Jaringan Di Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) Lembang masuk kedalam kategori sangat efektif. This is a descriptive quantitative study. This study generally aims to answer this following question: “Is there any effectivity in the delivery and utilization of Zoom Meeting application during learning and training activities?”, and specifically, this study aims to analyse and describe: (1) The planning, (2) Implementation, (3) Evaluation aspects, as well as (4) The application of Zoom Meeting-based Experiential Learning Cycle in tissue culture training held by Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) in Lembang amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. The problem formulation is used to answer the problem of how to effectively use the Experiential learning cycle in creating a meaningful training process due to the direct involvement of participants by experiencing firsthand what is learned. A series of questionnaire, interviews, and document study are chosen as the data collecting method. 31 respondents consisted of 30 trainees and 1 tissue culture training facilitator volunteered to fill out the given questionnaire. It is later found that: the implementation of Zoom Meeting-based Experiential Learning Cycle in tissue culture training held by Balai Besar Penelitian Pertanian (BBPP) in Lembang is proven to be an effective innovation to be implemented during the pandemic. The planning aspect is focused on formulating the objectives of the Zoom Meeting-based Experiential Learning Cycle in tissue culture training. The training was held in a 3x45 minutes time period, on 3 consecutive days. The evaluation aspect evaluates the training process results as well as the trainees’ learning results obtained from the training process. After analysing the training process and evaluating the learning results, it is proven that the Zoom Meeting-based Experiential Learning Cycle in tissue culture training in Balai Besar Pelatihan Pertanian (BBPP) in Lembang is very effective.
