Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji seberapa besar pengaruh kegiatan pecinta alam SMA N 2 Bandung pada ekstrakurikuler terhadap peningkatan potensi kepemimpinan siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota aktif perhimpunan penjelajah dan kegiatan pecinta alam ekstrakurikuler GPA SMA N 2 Bandung tahun ajaran 2013/2014. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakaan desain one group pretest-postest design. Pada kelompok sampel diberikan tes awal, treatment (perlakuan) dan tes akhir. Treatment (perlakuan) yang diberlakukan kepada kelompok sampel sebanyak 25 orang berupa program masa bimbingan (mabim). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuisioner/angket. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kegiatan pecinta alam pada ekstrakurikuler terhadap peningkatan potensi pemimpin siswa di SMA N 2 Bandung. Selanjutnya uji t menggunakan pengolahan data SPSS 17 yang diperoleh hasil dari tabel t didapat (0,025;24) adalah 2,064. Maka nilai t output dapat digambarkan -0,768 < statistic tabel 2,064 artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kegiatan pecinta alam pada ekstrakurikuler terhadap peningkatan potensi kepemimpinan siswa di SMA N 2 Bandung. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat direkomendasikan bahwa kegiatan pecinta alam pada ekstrakurikuler di sekolah dapat meningkatkan kepribadian pada potensi kepemimpinan siswa. Kata kunci: kegiatan pecinta alam, potensi kepemimpinan siswa. This research was obtained from the data that is processed and analyzed by a computer software program Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Series 17 is known for initial tests with a sample of 25 people, middle limit (range) was 33, the minimum score is 182, the maximum score is 215 , the average is 200, 24, standard deviation is 9.9 and the variance is 98.02. Then for the final test with a sample of 25 people, middle limit (range) was 54, the minimum score is 180, the maximum score is 234, the average is 212.16, the standard deviation is 12.34 and the variance is 152.22. Further more, for the difference between the initial test and final test with a sample of 25 unknown people, middle limit (range) was 70, the minimum score is 28, the maximum score is 42, the average is 11.92, the standard deviation is 15.41 and variance is 237.41. Furthermore sig. While the t-test using SPSS 17 data processing obtained results obtained from table t (0.025; 24) is 2.064. Then the output value of t can be described -0.768 < 2.064 statistical tables means a significant difference between the nature lover in extracurricular activities to the improvement of students' leadership potential in SMA N 2 Bandung.
