Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu bentuk kekerasan yang dilakukan oleh pihak yang kuat terhadap pihak yang lemah. Fenomena bullying bukanlah fenomena yang baru kita lihat. Akan tetapi di era disruptif saat ini, perilaku bullying semakin marak terjadi dan menjadi fenomena yang patut untuk mendapatkan perhatian yang serius dari berbagai pihak. Salah satu lokassi banyaknya terjadi perilaku bullying yaitu di sekolah. Pada penelitian ini, pelaku bullying diharapkan dapat mengurangi perilaku bullying melalui program bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok tenik modeling untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa di MTs Unggulan Nurul Islam Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan design nonequivalent control group pretest posttest. Populasi penelitian merupakan siswa dari kelas VIII dan IX Mts Unggulan Nurul Islam Jember sebanyak 309 siswa. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa yang diambil dari seluruh kategori masing-masing 10%. Kemudian 30 siswa tersebut dibagi ke dalam dua kelompok, 15 siswa kelompok eksperimen dan 15 siswa lainnya kelompok kontrol. Dari hasil uji efektifitas menggunakan uji Independent Sample T-Test, didapatkan nilai Sig. (2 Tailed) sebesar 0,001. Nilai 0,001 < 0,005, sehingga dapat diismpulkan bimbingan kelompok teknik modeling efektif untuk mengurangi perilaku bullying siswa. Berdasarkan nilai Sig. 2 (tailed) menunjukkan adanya perbedaan rata-rata pretest dan posttest kelompok eksperimen. Bullying is a form of violence perpetrated by the strong against the weak. The phenomenon of bullying is not a new phenomenon that we have seen. However, in the current disruptive era, bullying behavior is increasingly prevalent and is a phenomenon that deserves serious attention from various parties. One of the locations where bullying occurs is in schools. In this study, bullies are expected to reduce bullying behavior through a modeling technique group guidance program. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of modeling technique group guidance to reduce student bullying behavior at MTs Unggulan Nurul Islam Jember. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control group pretest posttest design. The research population was students from class VIII and IX at Mts Unggulan Nurul Islam Jember as many as 309 students. The research sample consisted of 30 students taken from all categories, each 10%. Then the 30 students were divided into two groups, 15 were the experimental group and 15 were the control group. From the results of the effectiveness test using the Independent Sample T-Test, the Sig value was obtained. (2 Tailed) of 0.001. The value of 0.001 < 0.005, so it can be concluded that the modeling technique group guidance is effective in reducing students' bullying behavior. Based on the value of Sig. 2 (tailed) shows that there is a difference in the average pretest and posttest of the experimental group.
