Abstract

Pendidikan inklusi menjadi sebuah solusi bagi seluruh anak untuk mendapatkan haknya dalam pendidikan yang menerima segala perbedaan. Namun, masih banyak kendala yang muncul dalam melaksanakan pendidikan inklusi. Permasalahan yaitu pihak sekolah yang masih kurang memaksimalkan prasarana untuk mendukung pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi untuk anak usia dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Pendidikan inklusi di TK inklusi di Kota Bandung. Desain pada penelitian ini melalui penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan desain penelitian survey. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner, pada 35 TK Inklusi di Kota Bandung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah Indeks inklusi yang dikembangkan Booth and Ainscow (2002). Hasil penelitian 1) pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi di TK Inklusi di Kota Bandung dengan menggunakna instrument indeks inklusi Booth and Ainscow (2002) diperoleh data, indeks inklusi 90% (baik sekali). 2)Hasil indeks inklusi pada dimensi budaya sebesar 89% (baik sekali), pada dimensi kebijakan 90% (baik sekali), dan pada dimensi praktik 90% (baik sekali). Hasil rata-rata diatas 90% berarti baik sekali. Dengan data diatas, dapat disimpulkan indeks inklusi di TK Inklusi Kota Bandung termasuk kategori baik sekali. Implikasi penelitian bahwa hendaknya hasil yang sudah bagus ini dapat dipertahankan dan ditingkatkan lagi. Rekomendasi bahwa penelitian evaluasi serupa dapat dilakukan bagi TK inklusi di kota/kabupaten lainnya. Kata Kunci : evalusai, pendidikan inklusi, TK Inklusi Inclusive education is a solution for all children to get their rights in an education that accepts all differences. However, there are still many obstacles that arise in implementing inclusive education. The problem is that the school is still not maximizing the infrastructure to support the implementation of inclusive education for early childhood. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of inclusive education in inclusive kindergartens in the city of Bandung. The design in this research is descriptive quantitative research with a survey research design. The data was taken using a questionnaire at 35 inclusive kindergartens in the city of Bandung. The instrument used is the inclusion index developed by Booth and Ainscow (2002). The results of study 1) the implementation of inclusive education in Inclusive Kindergartens in Bandung City using the Booth and Ainscow (2002) inclusion index instrument obtained data, the inclusion index was 90% (very good). 2) The results of the inclusion index on the cultural dimension are 89% (very good), on the policy dimension 90% (very good), and on the practice dimension 90% (very good). An average result above 90% means very good. With the data above, it can be concluded that the inclusion index in the Inclusive Kindergarten in Bandung is in the excellent category. The research implication is that this already good result should be maintained and improved. A similar evaluation study recommendation can be conducted for inclusive kindergartens in other cities/districts. Keywords : evaluation, inclusive education, inclusive kindergarten
