Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari tourist motivation terhadap visit decision di Desa Adat Penglipuran Bali. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah tourist motivation yang terdiri dari beberapa sub-dimensi yaitu scenery and exotic experience, culture, relaxation, self-actualization, physical refreshment, dan pleasure seeking/fantasy serta yang menjadi variable terikat (Y) adalah visit decision. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei menggunakan judgmental sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 130 terdiri dari wisatawan individu yang melakukan kunjungan wisatawan ke Desa Adat Penglipuran Bali. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS for Windows 26.0. Scenery and exotic places, culture, dan relaxation memiliki nilai tertinggi. Sedangkan self-actualization, physical refreshment, dan pleasure seeking/fantasy memiliki nilai terendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variable tourist motivation memberi pengaruh signifikan pada visit decision di Desa Adat Penglipuran Bali. Namun secara terpisah hanya tiga sub dimensi dari variabel tourist motivation yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Kata kunci— tourist motivation, visit decision Yoga Fatwa R. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of tourist motivation on the decision to visit the Penglipuran Traditional Village in Bali. The independent variable (X) in this study is the motivation of tourist which consists of several sub-dimensions namely scenery and exotic places, culture, relaxation, self-actualization, physical refreshment, and pleasure seeking/fantasy and the determining variable (Y) is visit decision. The method used is a survey using judgment sampling with a total of 130 respondents consisting of individual tourist who visit the Penglipuran Traditional Village in Bali. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression using the IBM SPSS for Windows 26.0 assistance program. Scenery and exotic places, culture, and relaxation are the highest value. Meanwhile, self-actualization, physical refreshment, and pleasure seeking/fantasy had the lowest value. The result showed that together the variables of tourist motivation had a significant influence on the decision to visit the Penglipuran Traditional Village in Bali. However, separately only three sub-dimensions of the tourist motivation variable have a significant effect on visiting decisions. Keywords— tourist motivation, decision to visit
