Abstract

ABSTRAK Skripsi ini berjudul “Implementasi Karakter Tanggung Jawab Siswa Dalam Mengikuti Pembelajaran Sejarah Secara Daring (Studi Deskriptif Melalui Aplikasi Google Pada Kelas XI di SMAN 4 Bandung)”. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh temuan peneliti di lokasi penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa adanya perbedaan karakter tanggung jawab siswa yang ditunjukkan dalam pembelajaran luring dan daring. Peneltian ini menggunakan studi deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk memperoleh deskripsi atau penjelasan terkait implementasi karakter tanggung jawab siswa yang dimunculkan dalam pembelajaran sejarah secara daring. Implementasi karakter tanggung jawab siswa didasarkan pada indikator kesungguhan dalam mengikuti pembelajaran sejarah daring, komitmen dalam pengerjaan tugas, serta kesadaran diri sendiri akan tanggung jawabnya sebagai siswa. Termasuk di dalamnya dikaji mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi implementasi karakter tanggung jawab siswa serta kendala dan upaya guru sejarah dalam menerapkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa kelas XI di SMAN 4 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam aspek kesungguhan mengikuti pembelajaran, sebagian besar siswa masih kurang dalam mengimplementasikan karakter tanggung jawabnya. Kemudian, untuk komitmen dalam mengerjakan tugas, sebagian besar siswa sudah mengimplementasikan karakter tanggung jawabnya secara baik. Dan untuk aspek kesadaran diri sendiri pun sebagian besar siswa sudah menunjukkan kesadarannya akan tanggung jawabnya secara baik. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yakni faktor internal maupun eksternal. Meski demikian, guru memiliki peran dalam menerapkan karakter tanggung jawab siswa, walaupun terhalang beberapa kendala seperti sulitnya dalam menilai karakter tanggung jawab siswa karena keterbatasan aspek penilaiannya. ABSTRACT This research entitled “Implementation of Student’s Responsibility Characters in Online History Learning (Descriptive Study Through Google Application at 11th Grade in SMAN 4 Bandung). This research is motivated by the findings of researcher at the research location which show that there are deference of responsibility character that student have shown in an offline and online learning. This research uses a descriptive study that aims at obtaining a description or explanation related to implementation of responsibility character of student that is appeared in online history learning. The implementation of the responsibility character is based on indicators of sincerity of participating in online history learning, commitment in assignments, and self-awareness of their responsibilities as student. Including studied the factors that influence the implementation of the responsibility character of students and the obstacles and efforts by history teacher in applying the responsibility character to students at 11th Grade in SMAN 4 Bandung. The results of this research show that in the aspect of seriousness to participate in history learning, most student were still lacking in implementing the character of their responsibility. Then, for the commitment to do the assignments, most students implemented the good responsilibity character. And for the self-awareness aspect, most students have shown their good responsibility character. This is influenced by several aspects, either internal or external factors. However, the teacher has a role in implementing the responsibility character of student, although it is hindered by several obtacles, such as the difficulty to evaluate the responsibility character of students due to limitation of the assessment aspect.
