Abstract

Kepuasan kerja guru adalah faktor penting untuk efektivitas guru dan sekolah serta prestasi akademik peserta didik, misi pendidikan bergantung pada perasaan guru tentang pekerjaan mereka dan seberapa puas mereka dengan pekerjaan itu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan kerja guru pendidikan jasmani dan juga untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan kepuasan kerja guru pendidikan jasmani berdasarkan aspek demografis serta berdasarkan dimensi kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari total 35 orang guru pendidikan jasmani ditemukan bahwa ditinjau dari aspek usia yaitu usia 18-25 tahun tingkat kepuasan kerja guru pendidikan jasmani sebesar 73,18%, usia 26-45 tahun sebesar 75,64%, usia 46-55 tahun sebesar 63,07%, dari aspek jenis kelamin guru laki-laki sebanyak 32 orang dengan tingkat kepuasan kerjanya sebesar 74,77%, guru perempuan sebanyak 3 orang sebesar 70,77%, pada aspek pengalaman kerja, yang mengajar < 6 tahun sebanyak 19 orang dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja sebesar 74,03%, masa kerja 6 -10 tahun sebanyak 7 orang sebesar 74,21 % dan masa kerja >10 tahun sebanyak 9 orang sebesar 75,44%, sementara dari aspek status pekerjaan guru PNS sebanyak 22 orang dengan tingkat kepuasan kerja sebesar 76,25% sedangkan guru non-PNS sebanyak 13 orang sebesar 71,36%. Selanjutnya dari hasil uji perbedaan tingkat kepuasan kerja guru pendidikan jasmani, ditemukan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan tingkat kepuasan kerja guru yang signifikan dari aspek usia, jenis kelamin, pengalaman mengajar dan juga status pekerjaan, sementara itu pada dimensi kepuasan kerja ditemukan adanya perbedaan tingkat kepuasan kerja guru ditinjau dari dimensi pekerjaan, supervisi, gaji, promosi dan rekan kerja. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers and also to find out whether there were differences in job satisfaction of physical teachers based on demographic aspects and based on job satisfaction dimensions. This research was conducted using a descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that from a total of 35 physical education teachers, it was found that in terms of age, namely ages 18-25 years, the job satisfaction level of physical teachers was 73.18%, aged 26-45 years was 75.64%, aged 46-55 years. by 63.07%, from the aspect of gender male teachers as many as 32 people with a job satisfaction level of 74.77%, female teachers as many as 3 people by 70.77%, in the aspect of work experience, who teach <6 years as many as 19 people with a job satisfaction level of 74.03%, 7 people working period of 6 -10 years 74.21% and working period of >10 years as many as 9 people by 75.44%, while from the aspect of the status of civil servant teachers as many as 22 people with a job satisfaction level of 76.25% while non-PNS teachers are 13 people at 71.36%. Furthermore, from the results of the test of differences in the level of job satisfaction of physical education teachers, it was found that there was no significant difference in the level of teacher job satisfaction from the aspect of age, gender, teaching experience and also job status, meanwhile on the job satisfaction dimension it was found that there were differences in the level of teacher job satisfaction. in terms of the dimensions of work, supervision, salary, promotion and co-workers.
