Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minimnya buku ajar IPBA yang digunakan di salah satu SMA Negeri kota Bandung. Tujuan penelitian untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai penyusunan bahan ajar yang sesuai dengan kaidah penulisan, dapat menumbuhkan karakter, dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah R&D dengan tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap studi pendahuluan, tahap studi pengembangan, dan tahap evaluasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes pilihan ganda dan tes dilema moral. Efektivitas penggunaan bahan ajar hidsrosfer terintegrasi dalam pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai gain yang dinormalisasi sebesar 0,45 dalam kategori sedang. Di samping itu penggunaan bahan ajar hidrosfer terintegrasi juga dapat menumbuhkan setiap aspek karakter, yaitu masing-masing 68,0% untuk aspek moral knowing dan 64,0% untuk aspek moral feeling. Penggunaan bahan ajar hidrosfer terintegrasi dapat menumbuhkan karakter dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Kata kunci: bahan ajar IPBA terintegrasi, karakter, hasil belajar. This research is motivated by the lack of IPBA textbooks used in schools. The purpose of the study is to provide an overview about the compilation of instructional materials that accordance with the rules of writing which can instill character and enhance the knowledge of students. The method used in this research is using R&D with three stages, namely preliminary study phase, development and evaluation phases. Data collection was conducted by using the validation sheet, questionnaire about reading of teaching materials as well as multiple-choice test and a test of moral dilemmas. The effectiveness of the use of integrated hydrosphere instructional materials can also improve student learning outcomes with the normalized gain value of 0.45 in medium category. In addition, the use of integrated hydrosphere instructional materials in every aspect of learning can instill character, that is respectively 68.0% for knowing moral aspect and 64.0% for moral feeling aspect. Implementation of integrated hidrosfher instructional materials can cultivating character and improving learning outcomes.
