Abstract

Kematangan karier individu dimulai dengan kemantapan dalam memilih karier sehingga diperlukan kemampuan peserta didik dalam mengantisipasi supaya memiliki kemantapan dalam menentukan pilihan karier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas layanan perencanaan individual untuk meningkatkan kemantapan pilihan karier peserta didik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen pada siswa kelas X (Sepuluh) SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022. Metode penelitian menggunakan rancangan penelitian kelompok kontrol non ekuivalen (non equivalent pre-test and post-test control group) dengan memberikan perlakuan berupa layanan perencanaan individual. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji N-Gain score pada tabel diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata N-Gain yakni 81,48% apabila dilihat dari kategorisasi tafsiran efektivitas nilai gain termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa layanan perencanaan individual dapat meningkatkan kemantapan pilihan karir peserta didik. (Advisor II) Individual career maturity begins with stability in choosing a career so that the ability of students to anticipate is needed in order to have stability in determining career choices. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of individual planning to increase the stability of students' career choices. This research is a quantitative study of a quasi-experimental study on students of class X (Ten) SMA Negeri 4 Bekasi in the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used a non-equivalent control group research design (non-equivalent pre-test and post-test control group) by providing treatment in the form of individual planning services. Based on the results of the calculation of the N-Gain score test in the table, it is known that the average N-Gain value is 81.48% when viewed from the categorization of the interpretation of the effectiveness of the gain value included in the effective category. Thus, it can be concluded that individual planning services can increase the stability of students' career choices.
