Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil survei kepuasan masyarakat (SKM) tentang layanan di BBPPMPV BMTI. Terdapat beberapa jenis layanan di BBPPMPV BMTI dan berdasarkan hasil SKM, jenis layanan yang memperoleh nilai indeks terendah adalah layanan akademik pelatihan moda daring dan layanan praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) dengan nilai indeks sebesar 3,86 yang menunjukkan bahwa ada beberapa aspek/indikator terkait jenis layanan tersebut yang perlu diperbaiki dan ditingkatkan. Ada pula untuk pelayanan publik internal (pegawai), terdapat permasalahan seperti kendala pada software dan/atau hardware peralatan TIK sehingga tidak dapat digunakan dengan baik dan miskoordinasi antar pegawai yang menyebabkan keterlambatan dalam pelayanan. Sementara itu di masa pandemi ini, penggunaan teknologi informasi menjadi sangat penting dan dibutuhkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan masyarakat termasuk pelayanan publik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kualitas pelayanan pegawai, dan hubungan serta pengaruh antara pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kualitas pelayanan pegawai di BBPPMPV BMTI. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner online (Google Formulir). Jumlah responden adalah 123 responden yaitu para pegawai BBPPMPV BMTI yang dalam bekerja menggunakan peralatan teknologi informasi (komputer). Dua hipotesis diformulasikan untuk diuji menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan kualitas pelayanan memiliki hubungan yang sedang dan pengaruh yang diberikan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan berada pada tingkatan yang kuat dan signifikan. This research is motivated by the results of a community satisfaction survey (SKM) about services at BBPPMPV BMTI. There are several types of services at BBPPMPV BMTI and based on results of the survey (SKM), the types of services that get the lowest index value are online mode training academic services and internship services (PKL) with an index value of 3.86 which indicates that there are several aspects/indicators related to the type of those two services need to be improved. There is also for internal public services (employees services) where the researcher found some problems such as the errors of software and/or hardware of ICT equipment so that they cannot be used properly and miscoordination between employees which causes delays in service. Meanwhile, during this pandemic, the utilization of information technology is very important and needed in various aspects of people's lives, including public services. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the utilization of information technology, the quality of employee service, and the relationship and influence between the utilization of information technology and the quality of service for employees at BBPPMPV BMTI. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Data was collected using an online questionnaire (Google Forms). The number of respondents is 123, namely BBPPMPV BMTI employees who in their work use information technology equipment (computers). Two hypotheses were formulated to be tested using regression analysis. The results showed that the utilization of information technology and service quality had a moderate relationship and the influence given by the utilization of information technology on service quality is at a strong and significant level.
