Abstract

Abstrak. Penyebaran pandemi Covid 19 membuat Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) menjadi salah satu universitas yang terdampak Covid 19, sehingga mengharuskan perubahan sistem pembelajaran menjadi full online. Kondisi yang tiba – tiba memaksa terlaksananya pembelajaran daring membuat munculnya permasalahan yang dialami mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajarannya. Berdasarkan hasil observasi diperoleh informasi bahwa dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran daring memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihannya masing – masing. Setiap mahasiswa memiliki kesulitannya sendiri dimana sebagian mahasiswa sedikit kesulitan dalam memahaminya terutama dalam mata kuliah praktikum. Faktor lain juga mempengaruhi jalannya proses pembelajaran daring seperti koneksi internet, spesifikasi komputer/laptop yang terkadang tidak support dalam suatu software dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja belajar mahasiswa dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran daring pada masa Covid 19 saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh kesiapan belajar, (2) pengaruh proses pembelajaran, (3) pengaruh kesiapan belajar dan proses pembelajaran terhadap kinerja belajar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) nilai korelasi kesiapan belajar terhadap kinerja belajar sebesar 0,326, (2) nilai korelasi proses pembelajaran terhadap kinerja belajar sebesar 0,369, (3) sedangkan untuk uji F kesiapan belajar dan proses pembelajaran terhadap kinerja belajar didapatkan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (45,918 > 3,100). Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kesiapan belajar terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 26,9% dan termasuk ke dalam hubungan kategori sedang, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan pada proses pembelajaran terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai konstribusi sebesar 32% dan termasuk ke dalam hubungan kategori sedang, (3) kesiapan belajar dan proses pembelajaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja belajar dengan nilai kontribusi sebesar 50,5%. The mean spread of Covid 19 pandemic has made the Indonesian Education University (UPI) one of the universities affected in the world, thus requiring a change in the learning system rather to be fully online. Conditions that suddenly forced the implementation of online learning created problems experienced by students in carrying out their learning. Based on the results of observations obtained information that in carrying out the online learning process has advantages and disadvantages of each - each. Every student has their own difficulties where in doing online learning, some students have a little difficulty understanding it, especially in practicum courses. Other factors also affect the course of the learning process online as an internet connection, specification of a computer / laptop that sometimes does not support a software and so forth. This affects student learning performance in carrying out the online learning process during the current Covid 19 period. This study aims to determine (1) the effect of learning readiness, (2) the influence of the learning process, (3) the influence of learning readiness and the learning process on learning performance. This study uses quantitative methods, with data analysis techniques used are descriptive and multiple linear regression. The results showed that (1) the correlation value of learning readiness to learning performance was 0.326, (2) the correlation value of the learning process to learning performance was 0.369, (3) while for the F test of learning readiness and the learning process to learning performance, it was found that the Fcount > Ftable (45,918 > 3,100). So it can be concluded that (1) there is a positive and significant effect on learning readiness on learning performance with a contribution value of 26.9% and is included in the moderate category relationship, (2) there is a positive and significant influence on the learning process on learning performance with a value the contribution is 32% and is included in the medium category relationship, (3) learning readiness and the learning process have a positive and significant effect on learning performance with a contribution value of 50.5%.
