Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan di Unit Corporate Document Management (USD) PT Kereta Api Indonesia. Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah mengenai Implementasi Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 dengan menggunakan SWOT analisis, dan menawarkan model strategi yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah deskriptif melalui pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Sumber data meliputi berbagai dokumen otentik di unit dokumen PT KAI serta sejumlah narasumber yang kompeten dan bertanggung jawab atas capaian kinerja disetiap bagian, sehingga seluruh data dapat diolah menjadi informasi yang akurat, sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Adapun dalam pemenuhan persyaratan yang ada disetiap klausul ISO 9001:2015 di Unit Dokumen PT KAI berada pada kategori efektif akan tetapi berdasarkan fakta masih ada beberapa ketidaksesuaian yang ditemukan pada saat pelaksanaan Aundit Internal tahun 2019. Adapun dalam pemenuhan persyaratan standar ISO 9001:2015 dilakukan dari klausul 6 sampai 10 sehingga aspek yang diamati dalam penerapan implementasi ISO 9001:2015 di Unit Dokumen PT KAI itu sendiri terdiri dari klausul perencanaan, pendukung, operasional, evaluasi kerja, dan peningkatan. Hambatan dalam pengimplementasian antara lain kurangnya kesiapan SDM dalam memenuhi persyaratan ISO 9001:2015. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan melalui teknik analisis SWOT, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara hasil perencanaan strategi Unit Corporate Document Management (USD) PT Kereta Api Indonesia adalah mempertahankan strategi unit dokumen PT KAI yang telah ada namun lebih fokus dalam menggerakan dan meningkatkan peran serta aktif sumber daya manusia dan lintas sektor dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan berupaya melakukan terobosan atau motivasi untuk memperbaiki pelayanan maupun program untuk kemajuan kearsipan di Unit Dokumen PT KAI. Nani Imaniyati, M. Si. This research was conducted at the Unit Corporate Document Management (USD) of PT Kereta Api Indonesia. The problem studied in this study is about the Implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System using SWOT analysis, and offering a strategy model that can improve performance. The methods used in research are descriptive through qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques are carried out with documentation studies and interviews. Data sources include a variety of authentic documents in PT KAI document unit as well as a number of sources who are competent and responsible for performance achievements in each section, so that all data can be processed into accurate information, in accordance with research objectives. As for the fulfillment of the requirements in each clause of ISO 9001:2015 in the PT KAI Document Unit is in the effective category but based on the fact there are still some discrepancies found at the time of the implementation of the Internal Audit in 2019. In the fulfillment of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard is carried out from clauses 6 to 10 so that the aspects observed in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 implementation in the PT KAI Document Unit itself consist of planning, supporting, operational, work evaluation, and improvement clauses. Obstacles in implementing include the lack of human resource readiness in meeting the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Based on the results of processing through SWOT analysis techniques, it can be concluded that the results of PT Kereta Api Indonesia's Corporate Document Management Unit (USD) strategy plan are maintaining the existing PT KAI document unit strategy but more focused on moving and increasing the active participation of human resources and across sectors in the implementation of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and strive to make breakthroughs or motivations to improve services and programs. for the advancement of archivation in the Document Unit of PT KAI.
