    Abstract

Berdasarkan pengujian respon waktu alat
pemompa saus otomatis berbasis speech recognition mendapatkan hasil pengujian
rata-rata respons sebesar 1,19 detik.
    pemompa saus konvensional.

Sauciety dispenser tool that currently circulating in the market is very vulnerable
to COVID-19, because the tool still uses the manual method by pressing with your
hands until the sauce comes out, while one of the reasons for the spread of the
COVID-19 virus is by spreading it through contaminated surfaces. This study aims
to design a prototype of an automatic sauce pumping device based on speech
recognition that can dispense sauce using voice commands. The method used in this
research is the experimental method. Based on the results of the speech recognition
test on the Arduino Voice Control Application, the results of the accuracy of word
identification (speech recognition) on the Arduino Voice Control application when
normal conditions while not wearing mask is 100%, when normal conditions while
wearing mask is 95%, when noisy conditions while wearing a mask is 95% and in
noisy conditions while wearing a mask is 100%. Then based on testing the response
time of the prototype automatic sauce pumping device, it was found that the average
response test result was 1.19 seconds.
