Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi di SMK. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana gambaran tingkat manajemen pengetahuan di SMK, gambaran tingkat kualitas pelayanan administrasi di SMK dan seberapa besar pengaruh manajemen pengetahuan terhadap kualitas pelayanan administrasi di SMK. Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah pendidik di SMK yang berjumlah 97 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup skala lima kategori. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji regresi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan gambaran manajemen pengetahuan berada pada kategori baik, serta gambaran kualitas pelayanan administrasi berada pada kategori baik. Hasil uji hipotesis diperoleh bahwa manajemen pengetahuan (X) berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan (Y). This study aims to obtain an overview of the influence of knowledge management on the quality of administrative services in SMK. The problems study in this study are how to describe the level of knowledge management in SMK, how to describe the quality of administrative services in SMK, and how much influence knowledge management has on the quality of administrative services in SMK. The unit of analysis in this study was educators in SMK, totaling 97 people. This research was conducted by the descriptive method. The collection technique used a closed questionnaire on a five-category scale. The data analysis technique used a regression test. Based on the result of the analysis, it is found that the description of knowledge management is in the good category, and the description of the quality of the administrative services in the good category. Hypothesis test result obtained indicate that knowledge management (X) has a significant and positive effect on services quality (Y).
