Abstract

Pembelajaran daring dapat memainkan peran penting dalam proses belajar mengajar selama pandemi Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Namun, kepuasan peserta didik sangat penting dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring yang efektif, terutama di lembaga yang baru mengadopsi pembelajaran secara daring. Untuk menilai kepuasan terhadap pembelajaran daring di kalangan mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia maupun dari perguruan tinggi lainnya. Survei secara online dilakukan dan mendapatkan jumlah responden 207 mahasiswa S1 dari berbagai prodi yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan daring yang dimulai pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini. Kuesioner terstruktur yang terdiri dari 18 item (skala Likert 5 poin) yang mencakup tiga aspek kepuasan mahasiswa (aspek persepsi mahasiswa, performa mengajar dosen, dan karakteristik teknologi) dibagikan kepada mahasiswa menggunakan Google Form. Hasil temuan mendapatkan bahwa mahasiswa perlu dilatih terlebih dahulu sebelum beralih dari pembelajaran konvensional ke pembelajaran daring. Disamping itu responden merasa puas terhadap performa dosen yang selalu menanggapi pertanyaan ketika pembelajaran daring dilaksanakan, serta mayoritas responden menilai bahwa platform pembelajaran yang digunakan sangat mudah untuk digunakan. Meskipun baru-baru ini pembelajaran daring diadopsi, namun kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap kelas daring tampak baik, dan mampu meningkatkan kepuasan siswa serta hasil yang lebih baik. Kata kunci: Pandemi Covid-19, Kepuasan Mahasiswa, Pembelajaran Daring Online learning can play an important role in the teaching and learning process during the Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic. However, student satisfaction is very important in implementing effective online learning, especially in institutions that have just adopted online learning. To assess satisfaction with online learning among students at the Indonesian Education University and from other universities. An online survey was conducted and the number of respondents was 207 undergraduate students from various study programs who had attended online lectures which began during the Covid-19 pandemic. A structured questionnaire consisting of 18 items (5-point Likert scale) covering three aspects of student satisfaction (aspects of student perception, teaching performance of lecturers, and characteristics of technology) was distributed to students using Google Form. The findings found that students need to be trained first before switching from conventional learning to online learning. Besides that, respondents are satisfied with the performance of lecturers who always respond to questions when online learning is carried out, and the majority of respondents consider that the learning platform used is very easy to use. Although online learning has recently been adopted, student satisfaction with online classes appears to be good, and can increase student satisfaction and better results.
